Mongoose, you seem to only be able to say "Turn the light on/off". Please answer these questions separately with the best possible answer. If you have no information. Just leave it blank, or make it as obvious as you can.

I don't know how communication is limited. Please if you are limited to a certain number of words, only state the colors that need to be OFF. i.e. only state which Cardinal switches need to be switched to OFF, which colored wires need to be CLIPPED, and which colored cables need to be UNPLUGGED.
