Good game baddies! Was I right in assuming Phoebe was a turncloak should she find Monty? And did Golden slip when he said Dom was Phoebe?

I have a few questions but I am at work for a while and can't formulate them right now.

I tried to protect llama last night but my save was redirected. I was supa pissed.

It's unfortunate that neither llama not Sorsha believed me earlier, but I'll take it as a learning experience.

I was completely serious that if I didn't win this I would leave. I will finish up what I have going on right now here, but this game is affecting my life too much and it's been quite fruitless. Maybe I'll be back after an extended break. I'll never truly leave, but I think I'm just burned out.
Golden absolutely slipped. I was kind of yelling at him in the chatroom when I saw that post. :P

I think both MM and llama bring up compelling points against each other. I saw Dom the lynch going towards MM today anyway, but do not want to discount llama of trying to force civ hands.

linki- well if we're trying to kill monty, you should vote for MM, @Dom.
Please explain why you think I am Monty.

I have tied for the lead in two lynches, yes, but this implies that I was not the victim in at least one of them.
Because of host error, I don't think Dom is Monty. I don't think Sorsha is, because she's survived twice. To me, that leaves you or llama. And you seemed to be the consensus vote yesterday. I'm honestly not trusting you of llama, but I don't know if Golden was bad, which is futzing with my reads. Granted, I might as well be dipping my toast in light fluid, because my reads have been crap at best this game.

And I don't know what you mean by victim. You mean civ? The first one you tied for went to another person, the second just happened. The only victim in the equation is my clarity.

I will most likely vote you, but it is on the basis of running with llama. I don't like how he's buddied up to Elo in the past day. So.. :shrug2: I want to vote both of you.
By victim, I mean the lynch was tied, but one person was chosen to be lynched (whether they died or not).

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Day 2

Golden: suddenly inserted my name into a team of players with no prior suspicion or even mention of me (aside from a few questions to me).
Spoiler: show
Golden wrote:Greybonez/MM/Eloh would make sense to me as a team. Scotty is bothering me, though, in that his views just changed a lot from being llama to now being greybonez/eloh team. I almost wonder if it could be Greybonez/Scotty/MM and if scotty is setting up the lynch of one of his own so that he can turn it on to Eloh tomorrow. Also, from day one greybonez/llama still makes a decent amount of sense.

Anyway, putting that all together I think a greybonez vote is the way to go, I'm on board.
Scotty: continues to voice suspicion of me, but with nothing to back it up. At one point, he made the comment that "MM just feels different", but nothing more than that. Like Golden, he also inserted my name into a team of players.
Spoiler: show
Scotty wrote:If I had to pick the 3rd teammate of llama and greybonez, I'd probably pick MM. Just on a hunch.

But I still do want to hear the thought process from greybonez. This may not implicate llama at all, since there were five of us with 1 vote at the time.
Scotty wrote:RIP TH. I dont really understand why people voted you.

I'm also slightly perturbed that Llama and greyboneZ only received one vote each. MM I can get behind, but I'm sticking with my opinion that if greyboneZ flips bad, so does llama. It just fits.

I don't know if Llama slipped in his wording or not, but I can assure him that my "coming after" him is definitely self motivated, since I am not on a "team" (according to his definition of a civ). I want a civ victory here and for some reason we're lynching the wrong ones.

He's not as vague, for one. He really wanted that llama lynch. He didn't seem all that excited about you coming back.

I appreciate that you're asking me questions but it's been a few days since you were almost killed. Who do you find suspicious?

When new information is presented, opinions can change.

I like how you're setting up that in the case of greyboneZ flipping bad, I could possibly be his teammate. I've been on his ass since the Epi lynch. That'd be pretty ballsy of me naming my top suspect as my teammate all game.

And to be clear, llama isn't classified as good in my radar. I just think there are statistically more roles that could have stopped his death yesterday.

But I see that you have agreed with my choices of GreyboneZ/Elo and possibly MM. So apparently we're on the same page there.

What do you think of llama?
thellama73: Same deal. Has mentioned wanting to vote for me multiple times, but only backed it up with a vote once. This happened yesterday in retaliation of my vote for him.

I'm okay with Elo's observation about Llama, I think it was a "slip" worth bringing up and looking into... it's Metalmarsh's harping on the slip that I take issue with. His first post towards Llama is fine, his second reiteration of the point looks like someone trying to be opportunistic about a poor choice of words. It's something I expect more from baddie Marsh than a civvie one.

I also think Greybonez's vote and explanation is suspicious as hell but I don't know him well enough to decide if it's disingenuous and I don't have time to look into it.

You need to read the fine print bub.
Yeah I read it. It only made me suspect you more because, whether you were interested in benefiting from Llama's "slip" or not, it's the only thing you've talked about toDay :nicenod:
I'm not interested in taking advantage of it. I was feeding llama some of his own medicine. I realize that might not be the most constructive use of my posts.

Re: A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder - Day 2

People used to ridicule me for self-voting. Now it has become strangely popular. I won't be voting Roxy though. I want to give her another chance.

Linki: I must be the only person who has talked about one thing today.

Turnip Head wrote:Sorry guys I haven't had any time for mafia today. Going into today I expected to vote for Golden but after sleeping on it and seeing his recent posts I think his suspicion of me is genuine - and this was one of my problems with him, I didn't feel like his suspicions/opinions were genuine. I'll look into him more tomorrow and respond to some of his observations about me and talk about what some of my concerns were, but I'm tabling my suspicion of him for now.

I'm voting Metalmarsh... again, but this time it's FOR REAL.

I said "not" on my team. Because I don't have a team. If I say "No one is one my team" that doesn't imply that I have a team, just as if I say "greybonez is not on my team" doesn't imply that. I don't believe that everyone in this game cannot understand that, so I assume there are a couple of baddies among my accusers.
But you said "my team".

I just want to piss you off.

 at two of those.
Which two?

I missed it because I was entertaining an out of town guest. Sorry guys.
The two who had already posted in this game and who are pretty prompt players.
I assume one was me because I posted once then...
Emphasis on the "pretty" :daisy:

I would never expect Epignosis to vote on time.

I believe all PMs are in now. Night post upcoming.

Scotty wrote:If I had to pick the 3rd teammate of llama and greybonez, I'd probably pick MM. Just on a hunch.

But I still do want to hear the thought process from greybonez. This may not implicate llama at all, since there were five of us with 1 vote at the time.
I take responsibility for my vote. I felt my ego take a small hit when Epignosis made his retort yesterday.
