Re: Socky Award Finalists [2015]
Thanks everyone for voting in the Sockys, and for making this a truly wonderful year. Everyone who won and was nominated surely deserved the awards. Also, thank you Golden, fingersplints, and Long Con for your assistance with the Sockys this year, and to the Admins and Ambassadors for helping behind the scenes with some of the preliminaries.
And finally, thank you Syndicate community for being awesome. Let's make 2016 another successful year, and keep up the mafia madness.
The after-party is at JaggedJimmyJay's house. PM him if you need directions.

And the Best Game Banner goes to...
Death and Taxes: An Economics Mafia
Death Note Mafia
Film Directors
Last (wo)Man Standing 3
Mafia: A World Reborn
Talking Heads Mafia (RYM #90)

As Long Con designed this banner, this award goes to him. For those of you who don't know, Long Con and Spacedaisy design a large majority of our game banners here at the Syndicate, and have done a fantastic job in doing so. Long Con also designed the banners for this year's Sockys. I want to thank for for their contributions in this department, as well as anyone else who has done a game banner. Well done y'all.

Re: Socky Award Finalists [2015]
You're not too far off. World Reborn was the only game in 2015 I began as an Independent. But I played several other games with extra win conditions, or where my alignment changed, like Biblical, Death Note, Recruitment and Watchmen. Oh, and in Monopoly I was essentially an SK, because I was on a 2-man mafia team with BWT who managed to get lynched like Day 2 or 3.Ricochet wrote:Funnily, he didn't win this for solo gaming. Re: Socky Award Finalists 2016
The problem with INH's performance in Eno was that his plan backfired, and when he tried to nightkill someone (was it Vompatti?), the kill rebounded back to him.thellama73 wrote:Apparently no one agreed with my opinion that both Vompatti and insertnamehere deserved recognition for their brilliant, gamne-breaking performances in Eno Mafia. Of course, it probably doesn't help that most people in that game, including the two just mentioned, don't come around these parts any more (I'm still waiting to find out what happens in INH's 702 game!)

I'm also waiting to see what happens in 702. Should we spoil ourselves?
