from now on i'm going to by default be skeptical of every claim anyone makes, and when people say i'm being unreasonable i'll direct them to this post

the amount of stress Tim's claim that there were items he could buy that could check for people holding artifacts was significant considering it was a total lie lol

i don't even know what he gained from it but it shaped a lot of my choices

if i paid more attention in stardew i might have caught on to tim earlier *_*

Yeah it was. I was really excited!!! Had to actively tone down so people wouldn't think I was wolfing day one.

I mean I was definitely set up really well, but the moment anyone asked for my night actions there was potential for disaster since I would have had to lie about almost all of them.

the Monday morning quarterback version of me winning would have me using hermaeus mora on Tim's merchant role, discovering his lie, and sending him a message using my shrine that did that, with the intention of collusion.

like a friendly "beep beep hello this is the mafia I know you're lying only kill TSP or I'll destroy you etc etc etc." lmao

I spent about 18 accumulative hours planning our the perfect permutation of actions my final night, while marmot and sloonei watched the tragedy play out, knowing I was already dead.

the plan was to target long con for the kill, and make it look like the kill failed or was passed on. Hopefully framing long con. I knew or at least assumed there were 2 tracks in play that night so I didn't want a visible kill that could clear long con, and two other people at once. (of course Tim killing anyone at all would have ruined that gambit but I didn't know that was going to be a thing)

beyond that.... I had the ability to remove myself from the poll for a phase still, or the ability to make my kill untrackable, which.... I think? was my best chance. I think the only way I could have created a favorable final 3 for myself would have been to somehow bait a track on myself and get 'caught' not killing while actually killing, and then having that person survive and hoping for the best

I think I'm fine with MR today. I don't see any universe where MR is in my block of 4 most trustworthy people. If he's not it then we move forward from there.

i thought it would be easy to look at the player list and divide it into 3 people i trust least and 4 people i trust most, but it seems like.... maybe not

i think that most of the time pie is worse than just simply the sum of its parts, i'd rather eat just a big pile of berries than a berry pie for example, howEVER like peanut butter chocolate pie or a cheesecake? that's good. on the flip side, a savory pie is always good. pot pie? amazing. pizza? a quiche? superb.

as for the game state in general, i feel good about it, we have 3 dead mafia who've talked a lot about basically everyone, and posted a ton. that's a lot to work with, and we have a few tries to get it right. so that seems good to me. as for who it is, i don't know. i have better ideas on who it probably isn't, it's just about expanding that at this point, narrowing it down

if we assume the 3p can town side then that makes the PoE 3 people right? if we can reliably and correctly reduce the PoE to 3 people then this game is a win, right? is my math correct

well my big take aways:

daisy and falcon are unlikely to be aligned

falcon talks to and about marmot a lot in a way which implies if they're aligned then there was a hard distancing attempt happening here, at least from falcon's side

there are some notable and quick isolated barbs between a few other players and falcon that i made note of that i want to revisit after i review macdougall isos

if tsp is the 3p he's got a guilty conscience about it and that doesn't bode well imo
