Re: Monopoly Mafia [GAME OVER]
I wanted to also say, yes I bought the beat down and yes I had no idea what it really was. I posted some stupid thing about it being a one time kill after both the baddie teams were dead. Then LC came in read what I had posted and explained it to me. I felt so stupid that I bid on a prize and didn't know what it was. I also argued with LC about the price he was willing to spend on it because I thought it was a one time kill.

Thanks a bunch for setting this up boo. This was a very fun game and was hosted flawlessly.
He hooked up with the killer's sidekick.

I loved this game more than anything. I loved being the push behind the voice. We hid most things in my possession because LC was such a target. If he were to be lynched he would have had nothing to lose.
TH, we killed you because you were the pain in the side that could have wrecked our plan. I would have loved to make the same deal with you as I did with LoRab and Bea but the option wasn't there until you died.
When the option did come up I was like "Hell YES!" I would rather win with others than kill them. I chose yellow because there was two yellows left alive and we knew LoRab was yellow. I love LoRab and bea on a very personal level

MP: Thanks for your loyalty, we appreciate it greatly. The game would have gone all bad for us if you hadn't. I had some paranoia, because I'm a paranoid person but you never let me down... this game.

Bass: Thanks for coming to us, we needed the support.
Boo: You always rock as a host, but this game, this was the best.
Those are my first thoughts.

I have a proposal. Who may be interested in being my friend? LoRab? Fingersplints? Bea? I believe I know which colour group LoRab is, would FS or Bea be the same colour group or a different one? For this to work I would need to trade a property. I would love to win with any of you ladies.boo wrote:
Captain Planet: Allows the player who uses this power to choose for any other set in the game (meaning not their starting property set) that they or someone they BTSC with has a property of. Once chosen they can then search each night for and get BTSC with (any BTSC either the searcher has or the person they search and find has is also part of this BTSC, and they can all win together). Anyone who holds one of the properties at the time the power is used (even if that card wasn’t their starter) is considered to be part of the set (if traded after the power is used, the person who had the property at the time of use is still the person who if searched would result in getting BTSC with the searcher). Bids for this power are made privately via PM. If BTSC is gained as a result of using this card, any NK anyone in the BTSC has is lost. - Starts at $500

That'd be a cruel fate for me. Get killed by them and then join in on the team.MovingPictures07 wrote:Good points. I think there might be something to LoRab. Obviously I have no read of Daisy since she hasn't been around.Turnip Head wrote:I'm still suspicious of Lorab, and I still think Daisy could be BWT's partner based on her vote for him. I haven't gone back to look and see if she was around to have sent in the Night 6 kill, though. And we obviously still have to deal with the LMS groups, but I haven't figured out a good way to do that since - as juliets pointed out - those properties will still wind up in somebody's hands even if we lynch them.
That's something to consider... it really means IMO that it's best to nail WW and RRs before LMSers because if any of the four monopolies gets lynched and has a hotel, it will just go to someone else. Right? Didn't really think of that.
WW could be any of the following, right? Any player that's playing low on the radar or is not really playing but may be around on the site often enough to still send in a PM in BWT's absence, yet able to miss one on accident? This is assuming the one NK missed wasn't skipped on purpose:
- Black Rock
- Blooper
- DP
- LoRab
I just looked at the Members list and these are the last days certain players have been on the site (so WW CAN'T be them):
Daisy: Sat Nov 15, 2014 11:16:50 am
Degobunny: Sun Nov 09, 2014 10:01:18 am
However, these two could be an RR or an inactive LMS member.
I got a time out message MP

The light blues don't seem to be acting in unison, that's something to consider and now the greens are building. Does that mean a green bought Llama's property?
For the ones that landed on Red, I am thinking they have been real quiet and not spending money, so they have passed go and could afford it this time around.

What? This does not make sense to me. What does that prize have to do with it? A civvie BR should be happy a power, that in fact can't be used as long as the RR's exist, isn't being used against anyone? A power that is one time kill ? But I should be happy that a baddie is still alive? A baddie that has already once targeted me? A baddie that kills more than once? So trying to find a baddie makes me not civvie but in fact LMS? Not just LMS but an LMS with a kill? I'll just wrap my head around that one.

I agree with a non-participatory player being Waterworks. I have been thinking Epig was either a RR or a red. Just because of the money spent. He's obviously not a RR and I could be wrong about the reds. I'll likely vote someone who has been absent. If I'm right (I think I am), then it's too bad such a cool role is not being used. I tried to answer this last night but my internet was giving me a hard time.
I'm going to vote for Boogs now before I go Xmas shopping.

Lorab, what do you think of Black Rock?
She thinks I'm pretty of course.
Pretty quiet night, was it a missed PM or did someone get targeted that can't be killed?
Epig has done an excellent job on his case with Boogs, I believe it. I also don't trust Epig, he throws around money like someone who has money to burn.

Re: Monopoly Mafia [Day 4]
boo wrote:Here's my thinking on it: I have an event I would like to do for the only resurrects that will be in the game. That means I need dead players who actually have an interest in coming back, which means if we keep bringing in dead players to fill replacements, it just won't happen, and (if we're not already there) we're quickly reaching the point where it just isn't feasible to expect a new player to be able to come in and really catch up and get into the game. So, I am considering for players who want to be replaced now and in the future to just be pseudo-killed off, with their properties going up for auction. My problem there is disadvantaging their potential teammates if it's a public auction, which makes me lean towards wanting to do this, but having those bids be private, and perhaps a bonus to teammates of the people leaving the game to give them a better chance of remaining competitive in the game.fingersplints wrote:Yes. boo, is there any way we can know who else is being replaced still?
I'm thinking maybe Ash. or SD
I'm open to discussion on this, but at this point it's the best solution I can come up with.
In the short-term though, my preference would be to not name the people who want to be replaced since in my hosting view, a person isn't out of the game until their actually out of the game, and discussing things like who wants to be replaced changes how people may play things, which is a level of influence I prefer to avoid (although given this scenario I suppose that's kind of a lose/lose situation going on).
At this point I would rather have no rezzes since most of the dead are bad. Day one we lynched a baddie, night one SVS died and has now replaced in (can't be rezzed). Day two we lynched a civvie that wanted out (will likely not come back), night 2 they killed me and I have replaced in and can't be rezzed. Day three we lynched a baddie, night 3 fail kill on a baddie. Day 4 lynched a baddie. So when is this event planned for? Anytime soon we are going to get a baddie back.

Re: Monopoly Mafia [Day 4]
I voted Hedgeowl. I don't see how she's not a baddie.
