Last family reunion.
I love this video just so, so much (it made the rounds on another site I frequent yesterday). Not only is there adorable bear family holiday action, but there's also this super awesome distillation of this awesome little human family in their comments. It's all so hilarious and sweet and very real and holy shit that Mom is just the best. And damn! Those kids cannot countenance the notion of sharing their belongings. It's priceless and perfect.

And hot dog, but those bears be filthy!

Re: Random~

Freaking Skybots. Freaking Froome.
Two more weeks of yet another snoozefest TdF that is a long, slow, uncontested ride to an inevitable coronation.

:sigh:

At least Bertie got the snot kicked out of him today! Small comfort.

Re: Random~

Honestly, no one hates bad asshole cyclists more than good/safe cyclists. Trying to make your neighbourhood/city/planet a safer place for cyclists (because, while I absolutely do not deny that cyclists can and do cause accidents with pedestrians, other vehicles, and each other, it is much more common for cyclists to be injured and/or killed by careless drivers, at least where I live) is made exponentially harder by the minority of cyclists who suck at cycling and do shitty things like ride on the sidewalk, or disobey traffic laws, or do stupid unpredictable and unsafe things on the roads.

So I share your hatred for bad cyclists, llama and splintsy. But I still love my bike. :)

Re: Random~

Cyclists are the best. :noble:

I haven't been behind the wheel of a car for almost 10 years now, and I don't miss it one bit. Granted, the city I currently live in is not exactly designed with the cyclist in mind (and the local motorists sure as hell haven't figured out how to share the fucking road), but with a combo of public transit and my trusted steed, there's really no need to own/drive a car here.

(The only exception to that is when I want/need to get away to the mountains...but that's what the boyfriend's car is for, right? :giggle: )
