Still not liking leetic. Every point of reply oozing aggro. Is this an MO - and if so, which way leaning AI-wise? Pondered whether groupings are balanced, only to come with three quarters wolf GTH reads.
Do you really expect me to contrive townreads on people who haven't done anything towny? If a player has only done wolfy things, that's not my problem
I expected less of a cocktail of "I wonder whether the group is balanced", then three quarter wolf presumptions, together with "thank heavens this is the non-overbearing group", which could be interpreted of feeling less heat, if wolf.

In this very room, I would murder Ricochet because there's a severe lack of engagement. It's a distant sort of participation.
Dunno what sort of engagement you expect of me.
Long Con wrote: Mon Jan 29, 2024 1:40 am I can see 'Invisible Mode' players, as can some other Syndicate staff members. Just wanted to put that reminder out there.

If you want to be 100% stealthy and read the thread, then best to sign out first. I don't want this kind of thing on my mind.
I do it on occasions - sometimes to catch up in depth in peace, other times when I should be working, but can't help checking one (two, three, four) more time(s) if something new was said.

Not sure you can read this thread offline, given that it's a split group. Does not show up when signed off.

Besides, I remember there was a long convention that we don't weigh in too much on this aspect.

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 1)

Green badge
Epignosis - Townlean'd for his hunt effort and tone (and melded on his leetic critique) on his early D1. Less focused stuff mid D1.

Pass card
Caitlin - Excused herself with real life stuff. Slight townie point on pondering aloud how to use the santa gifting optimally.
Porscha - All her interests give me a "doing her thing" impression. Some suss's feel outer edge - for instance, can't say I meld much with the sig take.

Null camp
LC - didn't pay attention to him all phase long

Zone of concern
falcon - Seanzie and Sloonei votes I can just about understand as poke votes, otherwise no real depth in his hunting
Delta - signaled trying to catch up, but every take following that feels wishy-washy.

Elim slot
leetic - no change. a few better posts of "roasting" others' take. underwhelming, defensive, convoluted rebuttal to Epignosis giving them a chance to develop reads was Epignosis (pushback on his case) and the sock account (out of some rationale that it is not town)

My point still stands: they have been the least-talked-about player in this thread.
Well, insofar as their D1 content so far goes, the Secret Santa questioning post seems to go across the entire spectrum (from "is there concern about stacking" to "best we pick unique", including something about "taking at random" [??]) and the reads post is not my favourite brand of TR/SR without any arguments, though none of their ok choices were disagreeable. Yellow towards orange, mild wary.

☆Princess Abigail☆ wrote: Sun Jan 28, 2024 5:08 pm Describe your town and wolf play
Town play is either involved - upon which I delve into mid-pace posting, (over)analysis, end up scrambling (i.e. mislynching and reading tons of stuff wrong) and in general not living a normal outside life past playing on this forum - either "chaos" playing - by which I mean not giving a crap, low-, spam-, annoy-, meme-, incoherent-posting.

Wolf play is usually going for making a neat, stress-free impression as much as possible, and using said tools from my "involved" form to such advantage. Slightly more tactical in what lynch buttons to push, as opposed to clueless town.

What are your reads right now?

Would you mind giving 3 TRs & 3 SRs, gut feels allowed.
You are reminding me of one of the two games I've played in the last 12 months where I defended you for being a habitual pot-stirrer on Day 1. But then it turned out you were mafia in that game, and I felt silly for defending you. But I am still inclined to regard your current aggression as Standard Falcon Business.

Seanzie looks like a guy who's just reacting to the things that are in front of him. As mentioned, I have had no beef with anything he's said.

I appreciate Long Con's ambivalence toward Secret Santa. I would give him a minor town lean for that.

I voted for Delta because they're the player that has been least talked about in this thread. Which makes sense because they haven't arrived at our facility yet. But they posted on Day 0. I looked at those posts. They were uninspiring.
Delta has posted in here D1.

Your GTH reads list I've read almost twice, and it makes me feel nothing towards you slot.

It's bland & flavourless

Do you have any hawt n' fresh takes you can share w/ the class?
Not at the moment.

Wouldn't call what I wrote a GTH list.

Still not liking leetic. Every point of reply oozing aggro. Is this an MO - and if so, which way leaning AI-wise? Pondered whether groupings are balanced, only to come with three quarters wolf GTH reads.

Wondered why TSP's sole game-focused point thus far was on Epignosis.

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 1)

Half a crowd, more comfy.

Scanning some N0, solely from people transferred to this facility.

--

What is lamist?

--

Caitlin - High poster pace, already feels like a chore to scan 80+ posts & lost focus halfway through tbh. Vibe was that she did a lot of convo and tells, but could have felt more substantive. Gonna rewind it later, in more depth, or just null it.

Delta - sticks out to me that most of their developed reads/gth (#608) happened off-screen (no argument or interaction with any of the mentioned except Sabi and leetic)

Epignosis - nothing of substance N0

falcon - enigma. fluff-a-thon

leetic - unpleasant tone vibes through almost all N0. only argument I found ok is the critique of Alison's take. early deems N0 content near-worthless, but then creates further "worthless" convo replying. quite aggro convo with nutella on the "interesting" debate and I fail to sense why such tone was needed - also bit of a piggyback from Guillotine's initial take. (side-note: would not exclude the chance of w/w between them and nutella, i.e. distancing fuel)

Long Con - chilled out N0

Porscha - bantered with several, couple of suss's. no ping, though if I'd nitpick, it'd be that out of them suss's, one on Alison feels like could have been more elaborated and one on sig is rather far orbit

Abigail - I've read everything and none of it was enlightening. also, as far as that wake-up-caitlin debate is concerned, though this would be more of a critique of Alison: apart from mental gymnastics, I see near-zero reason for wolves to do this in thread, N0

pyxxy - embarks on meme highway N0

Seanzie - off-screen small lean-list right off the bat

Scrappy who ??

sig - why have some treated sig as lhf/low-post, right now they have about the same amount of N0 as half of those in this group? on surmising town-helpful mindsets, one I can agree with (unlinking players as w/w too early, wrt Guillotine) and one I do not (negative / heated stuff demotivating town)

Sloonei - Sloonei appears to be playing this game

Spacedaisy - Kami

TSP - claimed slank N0
