To be fair, I also though the game design was slightly Kira-sided, and that's coming from a Symph, but I xan develop on that later. I'm sorry to hear DH didn't get much out of this game, I can relate to never getting to use your power and, some really bad form aside, I enjoyed his banter ways with Epig.

So we're 9 left, out of which 4 Sympathizers (I'm guessing Team Light won't kill Mikami), Sidoh, Higuchi and 3 other players. So my guess is it'll be over on N11 or at the very latest N12.

So was the double kill from N10 Higuchi + Light (using his piece of paper or Rem's DN) or just Light, using both his DN and the paper or Rem's DN?

TH, if Spacedaisy is right about your win condition and you can somehow confirm or nod to that, I could consider voting for you to fulfill that condition. I think you would deserve a win as an indy, because you played a great game. I'm sorry if I was a nuisance, just like I'm sorry if I was to FZ. I think Epig and Llama did you a disservice, even if they were good (well, at least if Epig was good too).

Otherwise, I think Mata would be a good pick. See above on boo's connection with her. Also, if she's Misa, it's a bullseye vote. If she's Higuchi with a DN, it's a bullseye vote (and every Yotsuba ends up a winner). If she's Higuchi without the DN, oh well... Since Misa became less and less important to Light's plans throughout the manga/show and the Sympathizers' win conditions don't match entirely, I could try to guess that maybe she needs to survive the game, so maybe we can still do a bit of damage with likely our last lynch we have left.

I'm fine with ending this quickly (I can't believe it's suddenly endgame time I can't believe this game is about to end. Did we at least surpass Doctor Who?). I'll be going out to classes in about an hour, I can either decide until then, judging from any reply as well, or log in back throughout the afternoon. I don't get boo's vote. It seems based on "revelations" he had... based on the TH-Llama banter? Didn't develop on any of these revelations after. I think he's stuck at reading FZ as Light and Epig and Higuchi and not being able to lynch either. I'm pinged by this a lot.

Epig - I don't think I'll be voting for Higuchi suspects today, because I myself can't make a gut-call on the DN having transfered to him and would rather hope for some confirmation tomorrow (that implicitly means I can't project that FZ. is Light either without the same kind of confirmation). I'm a bit curious why he'd intentionally make his game scream out so much that he's Higuchi if he is indeed Higuchi, when this could, in theory, only backfire against him completely as soon as he receives the DN (detectives would probably nominated him in the query, maybe lynch him that Day as well if not the next one, Namikawa receiving his name on a platter, the Yotsuba's, once in a meeting, actually decided to vote him for the lynch, obviously making it impossible for him to comply with that). I asked for more input on the Epig-Higuchi convinction, but don't think I've read more on that so far. Of course, thinking he wouldn't could be a potential WIFOM.

Bass - he seemed to leave upset on D9 for his RL issues being called a bluff; tbh I wouldn't have touched on that and I certainly wouldn't have expressed the kind of thoughts Epig did. But RL issue or not, his posts since boo gave a read on his low-posting game and asked him questions doesn't inspire me that he's good. I don't think even a really distracted civ would say, twice!, that the person who just survived a lynch is the biggest suspect he can still think off. Since his only other suspicion not in this category (llama) was contrived as hell, I'm not inspired in his baddie hunting (which is a stark comparison from how well his gut reads were in Film, given that myself and my teammates were at the other end of where he was pointing). Would consider a vote for him.

DP - I've been talked out of his low gameplay being a bad indicator early on (by SVS and bea, who are now dead, don't recall if by anyone else later on), but that still leaves a lot of voting and reasoning that I personally cannot really read as genuine, as well as his manner of reasoning only when asked (insistently) to do so, more often than on his own (D2 asked by TH, D3 asked by Zomba, D6 asked by TH, D7 asked by bea, D9 asked by TH). On D4 he stated that his motto is to reason on very strong suspicious (albeit admitting he's indecisive most of the times). Given that, from his posts, I only find that he suspected Russ consistently until D6 (when those suspicious eased based on role context) and that all his others "oh I suspect X and I'm wary about Y" seem pretty sprawling to me, I'd say his motto could leave room for quite the excuse. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't find much of what he said genuine or helpful. I sort of find him a better candidate for the "low-poster significant baddie" position than Bass atm, but I don't see others reading much into him, so I don't expect much voting his way and wouldn't want to spread my vote just because of that.

BR also has RL issues right now. For me, her D8 vote and reasoning was a severe ping (D7 vote seemed also bandwagon on MM lynch; no real activity throughout that Day 7 and her vote came after "a brief revisit"; m'okay). Her explanation of her utter distrust in Epig seems a bit frugal, certainly in comparison with Spacedaisy's. She looks exactly as suspicious for not voting or saying anything about Mata until after her lynch as TH has profiled me to be. "Not feeling it" for FZ. (although she reasoned for that, in her case) or Mata (didn't, here) and giving a throw-away vote for one of their "agressors" doesn't inspire good things, in case either of them will be revealed as part of Team Light. I'd say she would be the most important baddie candidate of these three and people should look into her. Would consider a vote for her.

Have to leave like literally in the next 5 minutes. If I actually get reception in the train, I'll vote as close to the poll as I'll be able to (Bass or BR). In case I miss it, I accept any punishment from MP.

The DN transfer is thorny, given that we won't have any sort of confirmation until the beginning of D11 (L) or throughout it (query for Namikawa), so the issue of lynching our primary Higuchi suspect requires the convinction that he received the DN before any actual confirmation of it. Not fully certain about Epignosis and, as I've said, I still have that narrowed down statistic of Matahari being either Misa or Higuchi in my head. Otherwise, I'm still suspicious on Bass, BR and DP; I know the last time I've reasoned about them was in my voting post yesterday, but I didn't really built up further from there and would work on that tomorrow. I'm a bit less sure than you, TH, that Bass fits the Mikami profile (a bit too detached and distracted), but his ideas, when he does show up and especially when he's calling it a catch-up mode, doesn't make me see him as good.

They're nicely built (even up to classic TH standards, from what I've seen in Film and how I understand him to be generally expected from him ), but sadly wrong. I offered my rebuttals both times he made a case on me - he says that didn't change anything for him, which is fine with me. I'm generally more ok with his out-in-the-open choice of Shinigamiesque gameplay, certainly more than laugh-in-our-face-joker MM.

Possible? Yes. Did Light show any intention so far to relinquish his DN under any circumstances except if he would face lynch pressure? Not really. Not sure I understand your second question. How can L get a false impression that the DN has passed? He is made aware when it happens, no more no less. What possible subterfuge could Light or his gang come up with?

FZ., the first is L, in a clip from the episode (and the day) in which he died. That is an anime-only foreshadowing scene in which he has one last conversation with Light (and cleans his feet for some bloody reason - hey Epig, did you ever feel this scene had idk weird biblical connotations). The second is Yagami Light, just laughing like a maniac (don't remember the scene, episode).
