Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 2)
Porscha, a lot of your time stretch, at least today, was to deem pyx-flip-reads unfruitful. If so, what is fruitful for you and what are your reads?
The only strong one I noted is Delta and you're never even on that.

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 2)
Mental map after ketchup:
Would not vote Epignosis. Melding more with his flip reads, especially on Delta, seems to continue hunting as on D1, no ping.
Would not vote Abigail. It's the most non-aligned, "if this was bus, it was a flambee size torching" perspective coming off the pyxxy read. Posited that pyxxy was a bus, which made me hope she would note candidates or something, but I don't think she did. Seems to think Delta looks poo post-flip, that it is all unfortunate.
Would not vote leetic today, which is quite the turnaround. But I'm seeing a hunt effort that I did not witness for a full D1, making me wonder what was all that D1 aggro needed for, if they can put things into perspectives and focus on interactions, angles, suspects like right now.
Would not vote Scrappy.
==
Clearances for toDay:
TSP - only thing I noted down is that he townreads falcon on legacy (or... more than that?). and from the rest of the (otherwise pretty garbled) content, some specific posts and wordings make me not suspect him wolf
Sloonei, I suppose? though not without some gripes. Him positing that pyxxy might have randed as the lone landlord in West, thus explaning their deflated performance, sounded like a real stretch and bit pingworthy (for both offering no support of his for a post-flip read and perhaps trying to disincentivise others to scan). Then again sheeped an Epig angle (on Delta). Excused his time to play and low energy for the Day remained, but at least seemed consistent with a falcon reasoning and vote.
==
I Dunno, Man
Seanzie - dunno how to feel about him atm and would leave it at that. Advocated for a focus on simple wolf hunting and came up with two names, give or take, that I noted. His sig angle don't make much sense to me. Falcon is a meta or ping read, feels more creditable.
sig - weirdest bit was something about "an Long Con case on Seanzie", which made me wonder what Long Con case on seanzie. focused on post-flip thoughts, has made reads, but at the same time I finished catch-up with no idea of what he is pursuing for real.
Long Con - noted down as another player sheeping Epig's work on Delta, prodding sig on why he's sheeping him. still no sense of what he is truly contributing at, in terms of hunting
==
Suss / Vote heading that way in all likelihood
falcon - a player I have to judge on individual play itself, due to zero interaction post-pyx-flip. has this general prodding style of quote and talk and read asking, but tone-wise doesn't sound all that great, interested, invested. also noted an AtE-ish outburst at all pushes on him being wolfy. plus an OMGUS-like reaction to sig.
Porscha - likely on my post-pyx-flip radar. only strong case I noted was on Delta (and even that took an ask from Abigail to fully state). #926 was a very weird mood: after several D1 posts saying "naaah pyxxy wouldn't slank this way as wolf", D2 she said "welp wolves slanked as expected", which was a big huh? "Sees" something Seanzie is seeing, mkay. An entire dissent to the pyx-analysis angle, but as I've said, no strong notes on old-fashioned wolf hunting, either.
Delta - the worst looking post-pyx-flip and I read very little and nothing convincing in terms of rebuttal, otherwise seem to have townread several players (POrscha, Seanzie, TSP) and just that? is this deflation, dunno? but it is not putting at ease any developed suspicion

First ISO was an N0 check, yes.
Never included N0 in the later reads.

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 2)
In regards to me:
But this is also the kind of post I would be very wary to make, as a wolfmate, instead would withdraw from asking aloud what the fuss about a pyxxy wagon is and would scramble to look into them, case them and look genuine.
With my Scrappy question, I think the wires are crossed a bit. Scrappy invoked juice = town and I asked about they hold that to account, in context of pyxxy's meta claim being the opposite.
If players did not post at all or did not post anything relevant during N0, I merely described what they did and left it at that. Same for Epignosis, Falcon, Sloonei.
I do believe or did believe, at that time of writing, that pyxxy had not posted at all. Hence the categorisation alongside equal zero-poster Daisy.leetic wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 12:39 ampyxxy is in the "Invisibile sector" with the one-poster. Were they really the second least active player at that time? I'll have to check, although basically ignoring them isn't the greatest sign — although, would they be bold enough to single out their partner in this section, when they may be the only partner they have in this thread? Given it's in the middle of the post, where people tend to zone out, maybe?Spoiler: show
I'll say this, I don't believe I can come out cleared or without suspicion from a pyxxy flip ISO. I accept all scrutiny. The above post probably reads the worst. I would eyeball myself someone else if reading the same.leetic wrote: ↑Wed Jan 31, 2024 12:39 amHas this exchange with Scrappy, which I've already covered Scrappy's side of. Asking Scrappy about the vote is completely fair, but asking about the entire wagon in the same post? I mean, that's not indicative on its own, but not the greatest of signsSpoiler: show
Second post still seems to be dissuading Scrappy from voting pyxxy. The weird part about this is that they seem to believe pyxxy's meta claim, but would wolves be bold enough to act like that to their partners? Did they treat anyone else in this way?
But this is also the kind of post I would be very wary to make, as a wolfmate, instead would withdraw from asking aloud what the fuss about a pyxxy wagon is and would scramble to look into them, case them and look genuine.
Don't believe I proved contradictory. I myself did not recall games with pyxxy, in order to evaluate their meta claim (juice = wolf).

I can't "remove you entirely", based on the reads, I rather I wish I would have at least found it less likely. Why should I "remove you entirely"?Porscha wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 7:00 am
I respect your analysis but as someone who likes to help, you can remove me entirely from being partnered with pyxxy lmao
It's valid for me to think wolf pyxxy doesn't play the way he did with the posts I saw. I have never seen wolf pyxxy exhibit such behavior
I assume me arguing that redundancy on the matter is really what sky rocketed me to the top(bottom?) of that list - see what I said recently and let me know if you think it's valid please
The wolf-frame is having tried to extinguish early reads on pyxxy's. Then you missed out and shit happened. It's possible.
I feel that Abigail goes beyond bussing. Abigail basically read pyxxy's tone to a T. It's either TMI or it's a sharp civ / non-aligned call. The what-if swings to the extremes.

you disagree with the angle and the effort, that's fine for you to do. Give me minus points, but reason as to whether you wolfread me on the substance of my writing or conclusions.

I know, no substantial read, but I've reached the end of the list and I feel I cannot force myself to squint at a read from this barely-interaction. WIFOM on whether TSP would disagree so open with a wagon on a wolfmate. There, squinted.

Sloonei - pyxxy
#317 asks Porscha why pyxxy earned a town/3p read
#354 votes pyxxy to put more thought into Epig's meta observations and focus on them individually
#687 POE's pyxxy
#696 ISO's pyxxy, finds their meta claim most substantive, yet finds no reason to townread them
#712 profiles pyxxy's fixation on sock solving as a freeze from proper hunting
#737 encourages pyxxy to share thoughts and engage, calls wagon outcome uncertain
#780 questions pyxxy why seanzie vote is not worth choppin
#798 returns on pyxxy wagon after time granted for them to contribute expires
pyxxy - Sloonei
profiles Sloonei as potential sock player
defensive replies to much of Sloonei's meta comments, dismissive to engage
===
Likelihood: would lean to say not high, though there's no true element that puts at ease the thought that it could be and the meta on Sloonei is that he's basically capable of anything. I did find the last point (and vote call) rather genuine in tone and strong.

Long Con - pyxxy
#335 Inquires Epignosis on his meta read of wolf pyxxy
#617 fluff joke on a fluff joke from pyxxy
#658 agreement and joke to pyxxy's Scrappy analysis
#796 seems to also pick on pyxxy's meta wolf game
#806 votes pyxxy
pyxxy - Long Con
liked Long Con's edited Abigail gif and talked about Scrappy sock use (a conversation with Long Con initiated)
===
Hmm.
Likelihood: hmm.
Second to last vote on the pyxxy wagon, after a sudden sheep on Epignosis's case. While in theory I could camp it in the "wolfmates wouldn't dump that strong on pyxxy's meta record" (Epig, Abigail), this one is too sheepy and too sudden not to give me shady vibes.
Wolf-frame: vote a bit too late to land comfy in sequence, but a buss choice still well within a possible call for LC as teammate.
Town- or non-aligned frame: sheep vote, but listened to the meta arguments, and it landed. Can happen.

Looking into the flip is legitimate. anything else actually useful from the pyxxy scientists? not that I can see
I'm not even looking into what pyxxy themselves might have spewed, I'm looking into others' takes, interactions and votes on pyxxy. You are either getting wrong or misconstruing this activity, mine at least.
Re: 24 hours, I've worked 11 and slept a combined 9 of those over two nights. I've been honest both what I want to do, begin of EoD, but also how hampered I've been.
I haven't even finished the ISOs and yet feels like interjecting and downplaying the entire endeavour. From a player who went twice at length to say pyxxy is not within wolf range, only to now say ehh what's the big deal with this flip. Massive ping.
What was delta's "reasonable response"?
no issue with you getting to it this late cuz of personal timing. just don't see why you'd bother doing the exact same thing 3 other people did instead of like, nit picking what conclusions they made or doing literally anything else. I'm also not saying to NOT read it if you think it's mega important and the other 3 people who did the same thing are just too ??? (wolf? untrustworthy? idk what the issue is) to make it matter. if you really need to read it yourself then do it. just don't get why we have to sit here and make individual posts with such analysis. like, at most just categorize who you think is worth scumming or towning over it in like, 1 post. that's why it comes off as busy work to me.
Delta's response:
Spoiler: show
I look to do my thing, busy as it may be, and draw my own perspective. I can certainly compare cliffnotes, after. Not new or a surprise that I get a lot of reactions that it's busy work or word salad or what not, I suppose it's about time that happened in this game as well. But I'm not inconsistent, in my serious mode playing history, about doing this post-flips reads.

pyxxy - sig
Nothing.

Made me react in my head with the "haha oh wow" Tintin meme, for some reason, re: its timing and this being the only crumb of interaction. Last minute full-sheep looks bad by all means. Yeeet:
a. if wolfmate strategy between them would have been to ignore and never comment, this was quite the fail. unnecessary, as well, pyxxy was beyond saving
b. if non-aligned, it's just about possible that sig had options (he stated falcon, for instance), but none were on the chopping board, so he tried to make a relevant wagon contribution
Likelihood: You know, this reads too daft to be true, alignment-wise.

pyxxy - Seanzie
#772 comments on vote count with disinclination to pursue a Sean wagon

Likelihood: who knows. Bit stark and unexpected to see from Seanzie just a drive by intent to vote pyxxy and build nothing after.
Pyxxy's comment seems strategical, i.e. choosing the best counterwagon in self-defense.
But all of this can only be put in the speculative bin.

#378 criticises pyxxy's "catchup" as really lame
#384-385 wolfreads pyxxy for being out of town range
#391 doubts the read a bit after exchange with Porscha, but still reads pyxxy out of usual range

#786 full push for pyxxy to not "get away" and that she was right about them in a previous game, just like now
pyxxy - Princess Abigail
fluff on the LC-edited gif and rebuttal on the abovementioned meta reads on them
===
Likelihood: very low towards unlikely. This is so far, by far, the most tar & feathered treatment a wolfmate could have received, if that would be the case. It is not impossible for the entire shade and tone read to be TMI, but I would lean to believe that Abigail had a good tone read.

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 2)
Profiling a pyxxy teammate may be difficult to pursue, by all means, but it's legit after a flip and worth attempting. "4 of us" doing it is further testament to the legitimacy.Porscha wrote: ↑Thu Feb 01, 2024 2:57 am it hasn't done much since delta had a reasonable response that nobody can actually argue against, it's giving a low reason to push falcon when falcon's wolfiest play was from n0 and day 1 anyway, so that's been pretty useless
anything else actually useful from the pyxxy scientists? not that I can see
I'm not even looking into what pyxxy themselves might have spewed, I'm looking into others' takes, interactions and votes on pyxxy.
What was delta's "reasonable response"?

pyxxy - Porscha
no direct exchange

Likelikhood: possible in principle. More concerning, in fact, that she dropped any focus and take on pyxxy late-phase than that she wrote early-phase in support of their range not being wolfy.
Wolf-frame: a bit too much of vocal downplaying of a teammate's wolfrange, but who knows. There was no strong pressure on pyxxy at that stage, in theory could have tried to sway others' pings.
Town-frame or nonaligned-frame: bit of egg on face in hindsight. Can happen.
and the wolfiest thing I've done is call sig wolfy for giving brad a 3p read when I gave pyxxy a 3p read but nobody seemed to catch that so whatever
Don't get the context of the second line. Who is Brad?

leetic - pyxxy
#358 reacts to Sloonei's vote by criticising them for sheeping (Epig), instead of actually ISO'ing (pyxxy)
#630 calls lame TSP's disapproval of pyxxy votes / voters
#699 asks Caitlin to rank two-vote wagons, pyxxy being among those
#702 reacts to Sloonei's ISO read of pyxxy, underwhelmed of their wording ("no reason to town read", yet no reason to wolf read)
#703 comments on pyxxy meta, based off two games played together (calling their wolfplay in Beans "lamer" than their townplay in Severance)
#719 shuts down pyxxy's defense that they engage as wolf, based off Beans meta
#733 pushes pyxxy to make townreads and wolfreads (three each)
#748 reacts with "lame" to a demotivated pyxxy post
#753 votes pyxxy in the idea that it's not a bad removal (and that pyxxy even asked)
#794 prods pyxxy more to state of lynch read (implying their gut feeling on Sloonei is not adequate or enough)
#804 rebuttal to pyxxy voting them and stating it was unreasoned
#825 laugh reaction to pyxxy clamining they cannot read them well (based off meta)
pyxxy - leetic
basically replies in the abovementioned exchanges
====
Likelihood: low, though also hinging upon how antagonistic leetic would/could be towards slanking/underperforming wolfmates, which I have no meta info. Shutting down pyxxy's meta claims gives me the same vibes as from Epignosis - counterproductive, if wolfmates, unless prepped to bus. Making other players (Sloonei, Caitlin) focus even more (or in depth) on pyxxy, if wolfmate, is further antithetical to not creating pressure and danger.
As for pyxxy's takes, any wolf-frame in which they would just shut down any lifelines offered by leetic (prod to make reads, get engaged etc.) would be quite an ass of a strategy.

falcon - pyxxy
pyxxy - falcon
Zero interactions.
Zero mentions.
Falcon seems to have dropped off mid-phase, so no idea how he would have reacted or pitched in to a pyxxy wagon. Up to that point, falcon looked into or focused on several players, which make it more dubious why he never looked into pyxxy's play.
Given pyxxy's tight-lipped amount of legacy, it's possible to consider pyxxy-falcon adopting as wolfmates a don't-mention-don't-bother tactic, but any interpretation would be speculative.
Likelihood: unknown. Would lean on judging falcon further on individual wolfness.

Epignosis - pyxxy
#333 inquired by leetic, offers pyxxy as one of two lynch names, reading their play reminiscent of wolfplay in a previous game
#713 votes pyxxy
#722 shuts down pyxxy's meta defense (about their wolfplay in previous game having been active and with juice, as opposed to here)
pyxxy - Epignosis
#734 rebuttal to Epignosis dismissing their meta defense: tone rather shrugging off, unwilling to engage or defend further on that point
===
One constant mental note I always start interaction-proofing with, in Epignosis's case, is that his preference would be, as best as possible, to keep the wolfmates alive and well. From this perspective, throwing pyxxy's name in the pool and shading their wolf meta in clear terms, would be an opposite path. The gap in time between suss and vote, plus the shortage of reasoning is questionable, yet the last post in particular is too hard (and cold) of a stomp of pyxxy's argument, given which I'd lean into thinking a wolf Epignosis wouldn't have done them this dirty.
From pyxxy's angle, inclined to read his rebuttal as a sign of not believing there was anything left to try and convince Epignosis otherwise.
Likelikehood: low towards borderline tinfoil.

Delta - pyxxy
#149 tag and shout out to pyxxy to come play (also, mention of some previous mountainous game played together, with the implication of a "rematch" or a "better play")
#690 inquired by Sloonei, makes a read on pyxxy among others - labels "question mark" and "odd" for them to fool around or focus on solving the sock identity; lastly, places them in a mid-of-road / null camp
#698 jokes at Caitlin pursuing an ISO of pyxxy
#731 tag and shout out for a second time for pyxxy to step in, offer thoughts
#755 rebuttal to Caitlin insinuating that they're pocketing pyxxy
#778 would roll with pyxxy's suggestion for a seanzie lynch
#818 second to last post of the Day phase, judges pyxxy's lack of fighting back weird and shrugs it as being confused by their playstyle of the phase
pyxxy - Delta
#280 responded to Delta's tag that they've been weekend busy
#800 replies to Delta's incentive to roll with a Seanzie vote, yet places vote on leetic CW (which Delta was already on)
#809 notes right after about Delta already being on leetic CW at the time of pyxxy's vote
===
Likelihood: reasonable. Has the elements of trying in-game twice (first time along the slow start of the phase, second time perhaps at more pressing hours) to wake pyxxy to life + placing and sticking them in a fringe tier, from which to never be forced to lower them + blank sheeping on a potential counterwagon + early cushion vote on what became a real counterwagon and pyxxy's lifeline for a while.

On main performance, even from recent ISO, I still sense a lot of barking and not biting. Even their most fleshed out suss (Sloonei) went on with no finger on the trigger, instead switching to wagoning the unnamed sock.
On side aspect of playlist, even after swimming through all the acid, I have no meta and vibe to tell if it's all stubborn towniness or manipulative wolf aggro. Would flip in search of enlightenment.

Can update the takes wrt inactives
Scrappy - the full tier list broke my glasses reaction.gif-style and would town lean off it, as in sensing it as a genuine effort, with neither momentum pressure nor reason for a shady sock to interrupt their shtick and generate comment. Usual allergy at listing and voting first, reasoning only upon asked, couple points off for that. [Side-note, got a ping about of Abigail asking about why some "bystanders" were ranked lower, instead of asking about the bottom lists] Would slot into pass for toDay.
pyxxy - would downgrade into concern zone based off effort. claimed "a catchup" only through memes and fluff. only defense is a meta claim, which I know nothing to validate.

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 1)
Completing this
Green badge
Epignosis - Townlean'd for his hunt effort and tone (and melded on his leetic critique) on his early D1. Less focused stuff mid D1.
Porscha - All her interests give me a "doing her thing" impression. Some suss felt out of bound - for instance, can't say I meld much with the sig take [later edit: I now just might, after all, see note sig], but I can accept it's her particular style of reading. Meta vibe nitpick: dunno why I had reminiscence of town!Porscha being more engaged.
Pass card
Caitlin - Excused herself with real life stuff. Slight townie point on pondering aloud how to use the santa gifting optimally.
Seanzie* - Just to get nothingburger'd: no major issue with atm.
Wish I'd meta-remember if his questioning those who give him a pass more than those who give him stinkeye would be AI. One developed lead (falcon), then nothing as consistent (shading players giving him a pass, sudden delta vote).
Null camp
LC - didn't pay attention to him all phase long tbh
TSP - so unserious in everything (non-fluff) put forth
Abigail - Null slight towards a pass tbh. GTH is "scattered". Some reads are focused and fine (especially later on during Day), others brushed off, unreasoned or drawn from a meta hat. Labeled NAI everything about leetic's tone, then voted them why exactly?
Invisibile sector
Spacedaisy - absent. Weird to miss this much of the phase, but couldn't say if it's AI in some way.
pyxxy - absent. Maybe got shipped to "North (Korea) Facility"
Zone of concern
Sloonei - even since yesterday his activity gave me a strong impression of "skirting". Reads amount to poking "least-talked about" or absent players, plus a non-finalized suss on leetic. Heaviest candidate for me of a player I can't get a sense where he's playing at.
falcon* - Seanzie and Sloonei votes I can just about understand as poke votes, otherwise no real depth in his hunting
sig - re-read got me concerned the facility split ideas seem a bit too specific and suss of TMI. don't like his reads amounting to just a LHF topic (absent player)
Delta - signaled trying to catch up, but every take following that feels wishy-washy.
Elim slot
leetic - no change. a few better posts of "roasting" others' take. underwhelming, defensive, convoluted rebuttal to Epignosis giving them a chance to develop reads was Epignosis (pushback on his case) and the sock account (out of some rationale that it is not town)
N/A
Scrappy Doo - I would need more meta on how this sock shenanigan played out. So far the sock player has done nothing serious and don't think there's info on what they would be allowed to do in-game.
*Back-of-mind, slight tinfoil on the timing of Seanzie suss'ing falcon that he's not exhibiting t!world sharpness, only for falcon to come right after and play more on-point, quizzing etc. Perchance a w/w signal or distancing or at least one wolf in this interaction?

Re: Game of Champions: West Facility (Day 1)
Not in depth, at the/that time (I had half an hour lunch break). No pings, no merit medal. \_(ツ)_/¯
