I have wanted to lunch LC the whole game but FZ pointed out that he did have Russ and Black Rock defend him. That's not to say that they aren't all three bad, but defending other baddies would be a bad baddie strategy (say that five times fast)! Keeping my vote on Russ, taking a good look at Tricer.

The only shortcoming I see to Alex's BTSC mechanism is that it's a civ tool that could be very much manipulated by the baddies.
