In this game series, the mafia will always have a factional kill that is not a power role. But I don't guarantee every game will have mafia. Baddies are baddies.
thx

are votes changeable
There is a way you could find out... :mafia:

Privately declaring where you are staying certainly won't help you much. Your location must be said in the thread to count.

Is there any way we can take advantage of that?

@Golden: Can you tell us if there are multiple killers or not?

If there's only one, we could have half the players on each side, see who gets killed, then redistribute the witnesses onto opposite sides and see who gets bumped off until one person, the culprit, is left.

It'd be some kind of procedure of removal.
I can tell you that there are 10 civvies and 3 baddies, and only three 'power roles' in the game. Everyone else is vanilla. A vanilla baddie, if one exists, would be able to kill.

Beyond those statements, I shall not answer your question.

Re: Lost Again Mafia (Season 2) - Day 1

READ THESE RULES, BROTHA

Game rules and advice:

1) The game is a closed set up, which means no roles will be revealed before the start of the games. All players who die will have their full role card (identity, alignment, win condition and abilities) revealed upon their death, regardless of whether they are lynched or nightkilled. There are only three power roles, but it is not known what they are. It should not be presumed that they are all necessarily useful. For example, a civ tracker could be offset by the killer being untrackable. A mafia godfather does not imply a civilian cop. A blocker does not imply that there are roles able to be blocked.

2) Role claiming and Roleplaying are heavily encouraged. Lets make this feel as much like the show as we can, everyone! I strongly encourage everyone to at least take a passing glance at Season One - at least my posts - the games live in the same rules universe, and it might give you a sense of what peoples role cards might look like etc.

3) Each day, declare whether you will spend the night at the hatch or on the beach. You may only be killed by a killer in your midst at your location. If you don't declare a location, you will be considered to be spending part of the night at each and therefore can be killed by any killer at any location. If a killer does not choose a location, they cannot kill someone who does choose a location. THIS RULE IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT

4) Days will last 48 hours. All players need to vote in the poll during the day, and at the end of the day the player with the most votes will be lynched.

5) Nights will last 24 hours.

6) Generally speaking, you are required to post in white. This is the hosts colour. You may post in dead red when you are dead, but you cannot post on topic. Anyone who is not playing may post off topic in non player blue. Living players have to use OT green to post off topic. Anyone being pedantic should use pedantic pink, because it is awesome.

7) You may not post in the thread any PM from the host. You may role claim and also claim any ability should you want to.

8) All votes are changeable.

9) You once again cannot lynch the marmot on day one, as much as you may want to, because he is not playing. Some are beginning to wonder if there are any marmots on the island at all. Those in the know have seen the smoke marmot at work.

10) JaggedJimmyJay is the Mod on duty. Please contact him if you have any issues with other players or your host.

Lost Again Mafia (Season 2) - Game Over

The citizens of The Syndicate are once again turning the frozen donkey wheel and going back... all the way back... to 2005... to enter the Swan Hatch. What will they find there? I mean, a Scotsman, obviously, and a button that has to be pushed every 108 minutes or the world will end.

But what ELSE will they find there?

Because people are still getting murdered. Those dastardly others haven't gone away, despite the town coming out on top in Season 1. And, what with some people beginning to be among them that weren't on the plane, a flight manifest is not going to help them figure out who is good or bad any more...

Presenting...

LOST AGAIN (Season 2).
