I hope you didn't take that from what I said - different rules are awesome. I love it! Things, for instance, like not posting at night... there are some games here that do it. Make whatever rules you think are best for what you want to the game to be.

We only really have one consistent rule here, and you already have it covered - everyone should be nice to each other and remember it is a game.
