Nah. We touched on this in Blue vs. Red. Even though he calls himself Sawyer, it's just a pseudonym. He's not really Sawyer because he is James Ford. He can call himself Sawyer all he likes but he is not, in fact, Sawyer. The "real" Sawyer was a conman name Anthony Cooper going by Tom Sawyer to scam James Ford's parents. Even then he's not Sawyer because it was a pseudonym.

The real mind-bender here is notsawyer540's namesake is a paradox. There is no real Sawyer in Lost. No one is really named that. It's all pseudonyms. So without a real Sawyer in existence, does notsawyer540 really exist as a one-sided coin? If there is no Sawyer to his notsawyer, is the universe and/or space-time continuum already obliterated? If there is no Sawyer, then everyone is notsawyer and notsawyer can be anyone or everyone simultaneously.
