I think it’s Nut but my point is that if multiple people have the same chance you vote the one that gives the best information pre flip, especially on day 1.

I don't know. It feels like you don't trust me. I can't tell if you have my best interests at heart. I feel if I don't respond to people who trying to talk to me; then I feel I might be potentially wasting their time as they are looking for my response. But I really have not read enough posts to give reads, or at least not enough to give detailed reads of the PerC players.

It's fine to respond to accusations once, but it is nigh pointless to turn it into a conversation. If you're truly interested in catching up and developing your reads, then that's what you should do. It will be worth a lot more to the town cause than defending yourself will be.

And it's true that I don't town read you. Responding further to accusations is unlikely to change that, or at least less likely than reads will be.

I have gripes with the fact that she hasn't really dug deep into the thread or developed strong convictions/pushes on her own. A lot of her posting feels shallow and touch-and-go on pretty surface level stuff. A lot of it is fluff. It reminds me of her posting in Modern Family hydra.

Did she produce lots of town reads in Modern Family? I ask because I didn't follow closely, and nutella's willingness to put that set together is the best thing going for her here I think.

Made isn't really "scummy" to me. I don't bother much with asserting mafia reads at this stage of the game. I poke around for reasons to be suspicious, but it's rare for me to really go after things until later. I don't trust even good players to know what they're doing with most mafia reads at this point.

Made has done nothing to indicate to me that he is town. I don't struggle to see him as mafia. He's vote-worthy enough even if I can't do much better than shrug. If I want to reach into the suspicions basket I could say this: Made has elected to employ a gimmick, and it's typically easier to stay true to a gimmick when you're mafia than when you're town (given that town tend to want to say things eventually and gimmicks inhibit communication).

What happened in Bread Mafia?

Alison was mafia and in the earliest portion of the game enjoyed a position of relative comfort. Her team was safely outside the POE, so she endorsed that POE through a couple of mischops. Eventually the tide turned against her, well enough in time for town to be fine, and through her mafia alignment it became easier to find her teammate (DkKoba) because of that protective outside-POE play. To be fair tutuu was still deep in that game, but it ended with a concession due to mechanics. The point is that even when she was comfortable as mafia, it ended badly.

Okay. I've seen plenty of mafia who employ language like that. It's not a huge problem, but it was something to ask about. Were it not for the language I was considering a town read on Garden Gnome in that moment (for reaching across the site aisle to provide words of support for Dana) -- I couldn't commit and sought second opinions.

As of right now I have no moving reason to call Gnome town or mafia and am content to just say "POE".

Would you say it's common or uncommon for mafia teams in your games to be low in activity overall (or for individual mafia members to be low in activity)? Are there any players here you associate with high-activity mafia play?

I note a couple potential biases in my reads: pro-Syndicate and pro-activity. That doesn't necessarily make them bad, but it's something I am conscious of. The two right swipes I hesitated on most were Belzy and Mac.
