Tony's call for a full scum team guess can be a productive step forward in the continuing dialogue if numerous players take him up on it.

Who is bad with Wilgy?

What do you think of Tony and Dunya at this point?
See my prior post for a GTH guess.

I have some gripes with Tony. Those gripes feel uninspired. He doesn't know Glorfindel like many of us do and it's understandable that he wouldn't be enthusiastic about handing him the key to the city without any background on him. All else aside he did work hard to make the best of his curse.

dunya thoughts to follow:
Jackofhearts2005 wrote: Thu Jan 18, 2018 10:58 amI thought the Sig case was convincing but he wasn't my first choice and I can see the points against Dunya for making that case at that time given how it turned out, esp pushing votes away from Wilgy and Tony.
I think she looked civilian when jumped into the thread and rapped her heart out. There are easier ways to get a mislynch in a widely-spread tally like the one we had pre-sig case. I think it's more likely that she pushed that case because she believed in it than because she had some kind of nefarious objective to take advantage of an opportunity. That smells like tinfoil to me, and not the sort that tends to amount to something.

Calling dunya mafia is most easily accomplished by gluing her to one of the other lynch candidates of the day, like Wilgy. That's a weak premise, IMO.

It really has been. The set-up/format coupled with the fact that it's hard for me to keep track of people's posts throughout the phase, has made it really hard to come up with reads or even follow the game.
That much I can understand. It's a busy thread with a lot of people in it. Nonetheless you must have absorbed something to this point, right? If you had a gun to your head and were forced to name one suspect, who would it be?

the fact that her communication during chaos day was limited despite her relatively easy curse doesn't help things much either. I don't see the same elohcin drive as I saw in vocaroo mafia. It's a strange juxtaposition.

funny, in vocaroo mafia I was said that I could be bad BECAUSE I was posting a lot. That's the thing with mafia games....you can get called out for acting one way or get called out for acting the opposite.
I can understand why Kyle feels that way, though I don't agree. I get the impression that you just like or perhaps even prefer the Vocaroo format, because in both of those games you were a highly active civilian. In these text games you often aren't.

I'd like people to weigh in on this post.

This implies Eloh is ready to go, excited to play and down to catch some scum....but then she never tries.

Did she get busy? Or is she faking?
I had to scold you all like you were children. What else was I supposed to say that pertained to mafia? We are not down to 12 yet.
I'm sticking to my civilian soul read on Elohcin. I think she'd at least try to fake it if she was evil.

DrWilgy wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 4:24 pm Jesus Christ guys. 5 pages on day 0. Stooooooop.

I'm going to prove to you that Sloonei is bad this game. I have a real good feeling about that. He is bad an I'm a doctor!
Also Made has wilgy as his second strongest town read on the strength of this post and nothing else (wilgy's only other contribution at the time of made's rainbow was an OT comment about jack's avatar). I guess I overlooked this post when I was discussing Made's observation about heat on me, but I don't really take this seriously since it doesn't seem like wilgy's expressing an actual suspicion of me, rather he's just shaking his fist at me for having close to 50 posts on Day 0. I'd shake my fist at me too. That's ridiculous.
I don't understand any of Made's reads, I guess, but that doesn't stop me from liking that they exist at this point.
Why did it take you so long to comment on this? Why did you provide a reason other than suspicion when I said I was suspicious of you?
DrWilgy wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 8:36 pm Bad guys are Hazlenut, Mac, and Sloonster.

DrWilgy wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 9:03 pm Why patronize the idea of me finding symptoms of you being bad if you are good Sloonster? If you are civ the symptoms wouldnt exist. Would you want me to be chasing my tail like a puppy if I was a civilian on your team?
I want town wilgy to do what town wilgy needs to do to feel comfortable in this game. I also don't appreciate being told I should address suspicions which don't exist, hence the tone of snark.
Why judge my suspicion as nonexistent without a question? You devote such time to your stream of posts and I didn't get one until someone else drew it out and I yelled about it. Porque?
DrWilgy wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 9:27 pm @Sloonei your first post was too long for what it actually provided.
Sloonei wrote: Thu Jan 11, 2018 1:21 am With no basis on what I'm voting for, the Outworld sounds like my kind of place.
Then your post following also was too long and fluffy.

Comparing your first buncha posts here to other civ Sloonei posts makes me feel that you are being non genuine here. An example of difference can be found by comparing this game to the search for Quin.

Now. Why did I have to bark for you to bat an eye?

"All I have to do is divine from what I know of you. Are you the sort of man who would put the poison into his own goblet or his enemy's? Now, a very clever man would put the poison into his own goblet because he would know that only a great fool would reach for what he was given. I am not a great fool, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of you. But you must have known I was not a great fool, you would have counted on it, so I can clearly not choose the wine in front of me."

Marmot, I count four posts among your 31 which I would describe as of the spammy or irrelevant variety. You've been doing things at an atypical rate. Tell me about your level of investment in this game so far.

Okay. I judge them as suspicious.
