A few thoughts on the game:
~ A game without flips favors the mafia team in a vacuum. That much is definitely true. I think sprityo did an admirable job of trying to find creative ways to bring the balance back, within his power. The oracle role was really cool, and it obviously did great work in this game. The ratio was also a good counter-balance at 9 vs. 2. I honestly expected a civilian at some point to talk about that, because 8 vs. 3 in a game with no flips would be inhumane. Overall I do think Long Con and I still had some advantage, and had we been able to utilize the disguiser role this could have gotten ugly.
~ One of the biggest advantages we enjoyed wasn't a result of the setup, but rather the progression of the game. It was slow. Slow games benefit the mafia team. All things considered, I didn't play this game with the intense, immense effort that is often associated with my civilian play. The game was paced such that I could half-ass it by my standards and still be one of the top two in post count for the entire game. It's much easier to assert control over a thread that is snailing along than one that is moving at light speed (see: Mountain Mafia).
~ Speaking of Mountain Mafia, it feels really good to play a strong game after laying an egg in that one. I needed a comeback.

Thank you to everyone who has offered kind words about my play.
