Nope! Day 0 moves straight into Day 1. It's kind of like an extended Day 1 really, just with delayed voting.

10 vs. 3 is much preferable to 9 vs. 3.

For mountainous I would suggest 10 vs 2 before 9 vs 3.

If this takes much longer to fill, I might be forced to bail. Summer workload is soon to become trouble.
