Re: Vocaroo Mafia (audio recordings) [CLASSIC GAME]
I'm updating this to make it an official heist game submission. It will be a small open setup of 13 players as detailed in the OP. I still really want to see a Vocaroo game happen on The Syndicate, and I think it'd be more likely to succeed if it's kept small like this. Perhaps if it turns out popular, a larger version can be tried at a later time.

Re: Vocaroo Mafia (audio recordings)
I'd like to see more than 13 participants if this becomes A Thing, but I'd be willing to roll with it if there isn't much interest being voiced. Also you're required by law to play Rico.

Re: Vocaroo Mafia (audio recordings)
That'd be cool with me.
Choutas is right that this game shouldn't be too large or it'd become quite hard to follow even for the most active players. I think somewhere in the 17-23 range would be ideal. I'm flexible though. I can also dig it being a special game as long as y'all who handle all that business are cool with it too. I don't want the game to interfere with someone else's hard work setup in terms of timing.

Re: Vocaroo Mafia (audio recordings)
We had one person play at work. He went into a bathroom stall to make posts.
I do understand that this would be a restriction though. Generally it should be expected that this game would feature fewer posts in general. The benefit, I think, is that recordings can be a bit longer in word count than posts without being excessively long.

Vocaroo Mafia (audio recordings) [CLASSIC GAME]
We've done this twice on RYM and it was incredibly fun. I'm curious whether y'all Syndicate folks might be interested. Here's the gist of it:
The entire game is played via audio recordings. Every post. Text would be legal, but only in very limited amounts to "describe" the contents of a recording so it'd be easier to sort through content. For example:
UPDATE 9/22/16
I am submitting this officially as a heist game. It will be an open setup for 13 players:
Civilians:
1x Even Night Cop with pre-game peek on a vanilla townie
1x Odd Night Jailkeeper (the kind that combines protection with roleblocking)
8x Vanilla Townie
Mafia:
1x Role Cop
2x Mafia Goon

The actual setup of the game can be just about anything. As host though I'm sure I'd trend toward things that I like the most. I can bother expanding on that if people express interest in this idea. Both RYM games ruled, but they were also quite small (each less than 15 participants). I have a feeling we'd be able to generate more action around here. Whaddya think?JaggedJimmyJay wrote:
