Deception while the game is going on is one thing. Deception after the fact is just poorly thought out.

I think Opt is confused about what she was trying to achieve, or she didn't have a clear vision of it.

I really want to vote for Opt. I made a promise in game that if I wasn't at the end and LoRab or Opt was, I'd vote for Opt. But, I can't escape the sense that this is why I got voted out (and LoRab too...) that Opt wanted us here to vote for her. And if she just said that, I'd respect that and vote for her.

I told her she's the person I'm least likely to vote for because I want to see how she does under the pressure of FTC. I find it equally hard to vote for Quin when he had such a massive role advantage, even though I think he's the one that should never have been allowed to get there.

I can't vote for sorsha unless she's able to explain what she did. At the moment I have to be honest it looks like she got lucky that opt decided to turn on me when she did, because if opt had wanted to stay loyal there was nothing sorsha could have done to survive.

I want to see if Opt had a role advantage too, other than the willpower bonus. I really need them to start answering questions, lol.

So since no one has answered your question yet, if you want, I can make an announcement to direct that question to, say, Quin. And then you can ask Opt that question.

No- I gave the option to either put your one question for each player into one post or split up your posts into 3: one thought for each player.

You get one question for each player, not three (I wish I could ask three each! There's more I want to ask!). I think it is all a bit confusing for a non-Survivor watcher.

That is correct. Because my syntax might be a bit confusing, I'm trying to offer a compromise in the thread while still adhering to the prescribed posting limits

You get -one- question/comment/thought per person.

If you want, you can ask one player that first question you asked by clarifying. And then ask a separate question to another player in another post.

Does that make sense?

You are limited to one real direct question to each player, or could break up your questions into 3 posts.

Meaning: "What is your favorite color, Opt?"
Followed by a separate post saying, "cool, thanks Opt. Hey Sorsha: what do you think about opt's favorite color?"

So your post directed at all 3 players is your question for all 3 players.

I understand the chat rooms have occluded discussion in the main threads, and while I do agree it makes the game far less interesting from the outsiders perspective, it's a definitive part of this game.

A compromise I might foresee is limiting it to 1 BTSC choice as the game goes on. To purely eliminate the option at this point is quite unfair to the players, I feel.

Should this type of game ever be run in the future, however, I'm taking the criticism constructively and would keep it more sparse, for sure,

That's a great question- and you could direct that at one, both or all 3 to answer if you wish.

So as we get closer to the end, keep tucked away in your mind potential questions you would like for each remaining player, should they end up going to the final tribal.

You aren't required to ask or say anything specifically, but I will ask that you keep your comments self-contained- meaning, no rambling or asking multiple tangential questions. Once Final Tribal Coubcil comes (Which will immediately follow Night 13), you will be designated to post in the main thread your statement/question/appeal to the rest of the jury for each finalist, either in the same post or in 3 separate posts. They may respond to it, but you may not follow up.

Basically, your focus is to either get clarification to help your decision easier, or it can also be a statement to influence other jurors, or it can simply be "I don't like how you played the game, and I'm going to vote for the other person"

So y'all can bounce off ideas here or share information with each other on plays people may have made in the game that distinguish themselves.

The winner of Survivor: Mafia will be named by you all, so it's really up to you who you think is worthy.

Free BTSC is the problem. Make people talk in the thread and you have a show.

I thought getting BTSC with someone was a treat but when 99% of conversation is deciding who is talking to whom...zzzzzzzzzzz. My role ability was purposeless really.

Yes, that's understandable. But you also didn't request BTSC in the early goings. I've actually had people get peeved they don't have enough BTSC. So you can't win em all.

I'm not sure imposing, say, a minimum post count in thread is going to get discussion going either.

As for your role, it was more based in vote manipulation, which can be very powerful.

There is such a lack of involvement in the thread. There's a reason the votes were so spread in the last tribal council. Who do you all think is leading the tribe? Because most people don't seem to know.

That is exactly what happened for the high scorers.

Yeah, this was something I thought about. As people come into Ponderosa, they can fill you in on what they experienced. Otherwise what you see is what you get.

You can use the information or the lack thereof to directly ask the final players questions you would like more clarity about, and what choices they made in the game. Or just tell them off. It's up to you
