I’m trying this thing where I wear blue-blocker glasses 2 hours before bed. Supposedly helps with light exposure and makes it easier to fall asleep. Except for the fact that I look like Cyclops from X-men, I’d highly recommend

Scotty, I'm so sorry you weren't with us at Lostpedia/hedville. Soooo many shenanigans, you would have had so much fodder for your humorous quips.

So the blue light glasses, let me know how they work. I have flux on my computer that nutella shamed me into loading years ago, but lately I end up disabling it to make my screen brighter. I got new glasses last week and they were looking at my last order and confirmed that I wanted the blue light blocker again - I was shaking my head yes and suddenly realized I don't wear glasses when I'm on the computer so no!! no I don't want to pay extra for that lol!

Oh yeah, blue blockers should be their own glasses. I would only use them for the home imo winding down before bed

I had to look this up and I didn’t know that was what those were called! I get those right before my biannual ocular migraines and they’re a right annoyance. Starts as a pinwheel in the center of one eye, and then gets bigger to envelop my other eye. Takes me out of commission for a couple hours.
