That's the thing though, it felt natural... as someone who is seeing their teammate get lynched and wants to save them.

It didn't feel natural for a civ. He was too worried about Fuzz dieing when he had never given any prior indication of reading him as civ.

I'm looking at your posts. i'm not seeing a single one where you explain why you voted for LC.
Others have explained it for me. I'm playing a secondhand game.
Translation: you are making a point not to ever be an asset to town, so you can avoid being lynched in a game where surviving isn't even the goal.

Beautiful.
Wrong again. I am an asset to town by following the example of the people who are correct instead of the people who are not.

My survival is valuable to town by being a number in their favor. I can translate to, by the way.

Translation: She's starting to look like a WIFOM-y mislynch more and more, just like sig, so I'm going to take this opportunity to plant my seeds of disingenuous suspicion. Perhaps they will grow over time if enough civilians agree with me.

So you want to be difficult to read? If you were a civilian, how would this help your case? :ponder:
What case? The answer is in the post you're responding to right here.
You're dodging the question purposely. What would a civilian zebra trying to hide his identity have to gain over a baddie zebra?

Methinks not much, if anything at all. It would be far more beneficial to hide your read as a baddie. And yet, at the same time, it draws more attention.
She would hide her identity so as to be difficult to read, because not being difficult to read has been known to lead to Zebra mislynches. Not only did I not dodge the question, I gave you the most direct answer you could expect.

That's the thing though...it makes the baddies reveal themselves if the target of the CFD is in fact a baddie. If it's not, the sudden pressure on them out of nowhere might make them appear as if they were a baddie because of how they might react to receiving so many votes out of nowhere. Given the result, I obviously don't have a problem with the lynch and though I'm still not a CFD fan I can't criticize how it played out this time, but I do think that the result it produced owed at least most of it to luck, and that there have got to be some baddies on that wagon.
Why? Especially since it appeared that ika had the most votes? If Fuzz had appeared to have the most votes, then I would definitely agree he had been heaved under the Greyhound. But, from the way it looked, it looked like ika had been lynched and he had been saved. Why would baddies do that?

But the way Fuzz "cocked up" could have been identical to the way a civ would have "cocked up". It wasn't, but it could've been. Hence, luck.

Maybe. I've never played with Fuzz before, and this sort of thing could easily have crossed his mind.
I'm not even talking about Fuzz's meta, that just doesn't seem like the smart thing for mafia to do in general when they're about to be lynched.
