The trick is everyone is suspicious and with the amount of roles, anyone can be bad. You dont have time to build cases or trusts, you can only lean on half trusts and hope for the best.

You biggest tool is role flips and night results

I don't understand what you are contending here. That me choosing vanilla townie because I was at work when the game was supposed to start makes me look worse? How? I passed on a mafia role because I didn't know if I would even be able to be active for the first 1-2 cycles. That would be shitty of me to pick a mafia role and then just not be here when a baddie team needed me. At least if I got lynched as a civ, I would only be costing the civs a vanilla role. sorry if you don't agree, but I'm not bad.
