DR3F Mafia

Hello! It’s been awhile since I’ve hosted, but I’ve got a new exciting setup to pitch to you all (and given my schedule opens up more I would love to host it)

The short of it is this is a 15 person closed setup. All unique roles. The game will feature a day cycle action system applicable to all players.

Priority: each player has a priority number that will resolve when they perform their day actions. Their number is 1-15.
Actions:
Day actions resolve immediately after EOD.
Day actions are decided during the day and sent to the host.
Each player may choose to do one of two day actions:


1. Watch: visit a player and watch to see who visits them. If they are fought then you are told who they fight in the priority order. You are allowed to watch yourself and grant yourself +2 if you are fought.

2. Fight: Attempt to block another player’s night action (if applicable) and day action (if unused for current day) until the next day phase.

How it works: the attacker (the one using their fight action) will select a player. A warning will be issued to the defending player upon end of day. The defender can request the attacker to not follow through with their fight along with a single message not exceeding 50 letters or accept the fight. Accepting the fight initially gives the defender +1 to the fight.
Should the defender accept or the attacker commit to fighting, the defending player can choose to fight or defend from the attack.

Mutual Fight: If both fight, both roll a d20 and the loser is prevented from using their night action (if any) as well as their next day action. If they are the defender and have not used their day action yet then they will not be able to perform their current day action. Otherwise, the loser will be unable to perform their day action the following day phase (as that is the next time they can use their action).

Defending: If the defender chooses to defend then they have advantage (roll two d20s and use the higher number), but will not prevent the attacker from using their next day and night action (if any) should the defender win. If a defender loses a fight, like with a normal fight, they do not perform their next day action (which can be the current day if they have not done it yet) and night action (excluding the mafia kill.)

Additionally: The defender will always know who is attacking them when given their warning. Players commit their fight action before numbers are rolled. If a player does not commit their fight action it will be an automatic retreat/loss.
All roles will have unique passives related to at least one of fighting, watching, and visiting. Some roles have night actions.

All players have a Forbidden Action related to their role. If their forbidden action occurs then they immediately die. Forbidden actions can be a literal action while others can be a condition of the game state, other players, or even tied to their role abilities.
