everything about MP1's early rainbow list and the following explainations still fucks me up. esp regarding his ability to read me based on tone. he hasn't demonstrated that in any past games that I remember and I don't feel like the post he cited should have been totally significant, since rambling about bullshit is easier to fake than rambling about game shit. even as a reason for a weak read, to pull that kind of thing out seems weird to me. it seems like doing work for the sake of doing work rather than doing work for the sake of getting results.
