Re: Severance [Evening Four]
Would wolf Abby really fakeclaim a green check on one of her partners? Maybe? If not, it would make Made the safest vote in a Abby/Made/RDB PoE

Re: Severance [Evening Four]
Yeah, you still TRing DizzyMade and RDB alongside the others would implicate you and tedxtr as wolves (assuming three wolves and that Bereft isn't a wolf that died for some reason)☆Princess Abigail☆ wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2023 2:28 am I'd like to apologize to anyone I've annoyed frustrated pissed pff what ever this game
I know playing with me when I'm at my best can be annoying and I'm not at my best. Trying to work on it while maintaining the essence of who I am as a player and person.
Anyways sorry no excuses
Still I'd like to work together and win this
I think Giras been towny today
I think leetic is just obvious town if I take emotion out of it that should have been my read all game
I think Ran is the most purely attempting to solve and drive the game forward and I think in this thread state that's probably towny.
I dunno honestly I still think Dizzy and Rondo are town but than I have too many town reads and they are my least comfortable reads at this point

To be fair, we're not even sure Bereft is town, so they may not be playing to a town wincon.

Re: Severance [Evening Four]
LC is obvious since the only other option would be whatever happened to Bereft, but Delta is a more interesting case. Still, I think them being an independent adds up, as it would account for the lone slot, although what that means for Bereft's chances of being ITP I don't know. Not sure I fully understand Delta's wincon either.Ranmilia wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2023 1:28 amThink so yeah. hard to account for the removed from game notices otherwise.leetic wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2023 1:27 amAnyway, I at least believe his claims regarding Delta and Long Con, do you believe them?Ranmilia wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2023 1:22 amah I'm too late you gave it away.leetic wrote: ↑Sat Nov 25, 2023 1:19 amDidn't Porscha flip town? Honestly, if wolves aren't in RDB/DizzyMade/Abby, well played (well, discounting shenanigans like wolf Bereft somehow dying last night). I wish I was confident enough to push this as a winning PoE, but tedxtr is just a bit questionable right now…

Re: Severance [Evening Four]
As for the rest, Ranmilia looks decent even if the switch can be seen as a little opportunistic. Abby's and DizzyMade's don't really give us anything. Thus, for now I would like to [VOTE:
RDB] aubergine. They technically broke a tie, but it was only a "tie" because of RDB in the first place, and wolves may have been unlikely to want to let it rand. Keep in mind that the voters on the DizzyMade wagon were more malleable than the ones on TSP, as both me and Ranmilia expressed a willingness to switch to TSP whereas Gira had explicitly refused to join the Dizzy wagon. Plus, a lot of RDB's thoughts at that time appear really frazzled in hindsight.

Now, on the other hand, ted's look the worst. Granted, pyxxy's interactions look terrible too and he flipped town, but ted still has the least reason out of anyone alive to be townread for their actions at EoD. @tedxtr why did you seemingly not consider TSP as an option but did consider pyxxy, DizzyMade, and RDB?

Re: Severance [Evening Four]
What the hell was everyone doing at EoD2?
RDB: Was moving their vote around like crazy. Criticized me for not following their pyxxy vote for "waganomics". Said DizzyMade wagon was dead, criticized me for trying to "revive" it. Last three votes were making DizzyMade tied with TSP, switching to me, and then voting TSP condemning him to death.
DizzyMade: Slanked. Last vote was 2 hours before EoD on Ranmilia, but it was quickly retracted.
Gira: Was pushing pyxxy for a while, asked for help to make the wagon "viable". "Re-thinking things" 2 hours before EoD and votes TSP. Stays with TSP over DizzyMade because "gut".
Abby: Defends DizzyMade, votes pyxxy 3 hours before EoD, dips.
Ranmilia: "Down to kill" TSP if ilario doesn't show up. Votes TSP an hour before EoD, but still thinks DizzyMade is a better wagon. Switches to DizzyMade 20 minutes to EoD, switches back right on the buzzer
tedxtr: Votes pyxxy 3 hours before EoD, saying it's a better option than DizzyMade and RDB (doesn't mention TSP oddly). Goes back and forth on RDB for a short while afterwards, settles on pyxxy, then dips.
For comparison's sake, the flipped players (and Bereft)
TSP: Hedges on pyxxy and then dips.
Windward: Gets into a couple of irrelevant arguments and stays parked on TSP.
pyxxy: Mostly fluffposting and outing my soft. Closest thing to a suspicion they pushed is DizzyMade, who is "bleh", no mention of TSP
Bereft: "pyxxy is micro'ing town", votes TSP with a little over an hour to EoD, much of the rest is mechanical talk, somehow posted after deadline

If you really "yearn for knowledge", you could have paid attention to the multiple people who explained it to you. I feel like your "just asking questions" is reading like a bad-faith tactic to stall out the thread. I ask a lot of questions, but those are at least directed at getting information out of the players/game.

Re: Severance [Evening Four]
Anyway, while typically you're supposed to look through every player and try to find reasons why they're towny, I wonder if it would be better to do the opposite in this situation and look through players while trying to find any potential wolf motivations they may have had. I know this is considered wolfy, but sometimes town's best weapon is to use the wolves' own strategies against them.

When someone dies, they get sent to the other thread as long as their partner doesn't die. Porscha was lynched D1 in the other thread but came here because Abby was still alive, while nutella despite being killed N1 wasn't able to come here because her partner Mac got nightkilled before the thread was unlocked. I have seen quite a few wolf teams fall apart because they assumed wrong (hell, the game I linked from FFR is an example). But town possibly wanting to be mislynched on any phase is always a concerning sign.Gira wrote: ↑Fri Nov 24, 2023 3:15 pmas in me dying places the game in a state where the game is functionally unwinnable for town, because it will go to F5, and mafia will have the votes necessary to win.

i still kind of want to die because i hate being in this thread and i feel like people actually need my flip to see that ran is pushing me in bad faith here (maybe. i'm a pessimist)
