Miranda is lean town for me based on tone. I know that's weak but on SDN we have noob games where we pair new players with mentors, so I am her "mother" if you will so feel I have an inside understanding of her thought processes and I don't feel she's played enough games to accurately recreate that as a woof (yet). While searching Tutus posts, I ran into this Mayo post she quoted, and I had totally missed this before. I was struggling a bit with the Marmot kill, I didn't understand it. Although marmot was also janitored, so I find that confusing. Would the janitoring move with the kill? Becasue Lawpy was a poisoner. But I'm not used to playing with Janitors, where I came up we didn't flip NKs, so why have Janitors?

In any case, before Tutuu moved onto Lawpy, she had voted for Genny, and had her pretty consistently at the bottom of her list. Also Sean. So I plan to read them today, and ignore all that OMGUS up there ^^^ You all win a trophy for awesomely catching baddies, K?



So I'm gonna drop a vote on Miranda, cause guys, she's waffly, evasive and bad. In before Neon starts yelling at me about how a day one vote from a posited teammate makes her town; in Cosmere, I voted for my teammate Falcon on Day 1 for distancing, and got stuck in traffic and couldn't move my vote in time and he was yeeted. A day one vote from Creature that he didn't even stay on clears no one.

This also stood out to me. This was the only post from her catch up. She has said this before; just be3casue she isn't posting doesn't mean she's not reading. I get it, I'm not a prolific poster myself. But the whole point of this is to read AND to post your opinions. Reading without posting doesn't seem a winning strategy.

I DID look into falcon and creature, just because I didn’t do a million quotes doesn’t mean I didn’t

I did place suspicion on creature and I regrettably went with marmot because I honestly felt better about those voting there at that time. Especially since I had limited time I didn’t really have a lot to go on.

If the main mafia pack poisoned me and factional killed Marmot and janitored it would that be so strange?

He had Falcon in his scumreads and was pretty content with offing Creature. Maybe Marmot and I were just strictly threatening them more than others and they chose to kill him specifically BECAUSE they could janitor it and keep people presuming he was mafia instead of evaluating in town Marmot worlds or letting him have another day.

Hell maybe they rolecopped him n1 and found out he was some hectic role too.

I thought about this alot today, and I think he was not a Werebaddie. If there is another Mafia faction, maybe. But my main reason for susssing him was I felt he was associated with Creature, who was a Werebaddie. And if he's not teamed with them, I have no real reason to think he was bad.

I think he was likely the Werekill. Since we have no way of knowing, I also think spending a lot of time trying to solve this kill will just be a distraction. Which, from the Werebaddie perspective, is probably why they made it.

I am not sure I understand the dyachei/Lawpy case. Although I recall it was dyacheis post that led Marmot to give Creature a pass. Mayo feels pretty towny to me, so I want to read back on Lawpy to see why he's making that vote. I didn't have a chance to finish catching up to last night so I need to do that.

I am assuming Zenge was poisoned or something of that nature? So probably Falcons team has a poisoner? The post doesn't say he was killed, it says he died. So anything other than poison that could account for a passive death like that? We'll have to assume the Werecreatures have a role like that.

Looking at the night kills, none of them looks much like a baddie kill, tbh.

@Anyone, I haven't played much if ever with Janitored kills. Where I came up, we didn't flip night kills. In order to work, the person using this power needs to know who is being killed right? Like they or a member of their team has to know who the target is? Is it always a baddie power?

If that is the case, Marmot would have had to have been killed by the bad team, right? I have been on ONE team where we discussed killing one of our own (spoiler, it was Marmot! in the last GOC) but wound up not doing it becasue he was being locktowned by some for a variety of reasons. But I don't recall ever doing it. And they would have janitored it to keep us speculating on Marmot rather than moving on?

I thought PSV was possibly bad myself, they were hedgy and had a "heh heh" kinda baddie feel to me. But I didn't get the feel that her homies thought so, and I didn't see a smoking gun, so it was a watch and wait thing for me.

I really don't think it was TMI, I took dya's comments at the time to mean that Creature was busy with another game but she didn't want to angleshoot. So I don't think it's sus if Marmot interpreted it the same way.

I think that's just part of why I think they're sus, tbh. It's why I looked at them initially, but it evolved.
