No, not necessarily, I felt better when I voted about Wilgy than the other wagon on Falcon, and would prefer to put more space between them. Voting for you would have made three 2 person wagons. And I don't think baddies are so rigid on day one, any port in a storm.

Your complete wish wash on Falcon, if you flip bad, could be either TMI or defending. But people who know him better than I, and a person whose judgment I trust, all think he's woof.

Are you a player that relies on tells for finding wolves? I don't think you should be so discouraged from lack of wolf data on the majority of the cast. Your natural scumfinding abilities should carry you through.

I am a gut player, but even the basic playstyle has changed alot since I last played (until recently) that I am not sure how to read things that other people find suspish, or towny. Like my first game back, I sussed Sabi for several things that, to me, were pretty universal bad tells, and I was in fact 100% wrong about them. Watching cartomancy, I found that most people play like that now.

For the most part, I'm a gut player. But having a comparative baseline is still good.

Since I'm about to reread him, what do you think of Falcon? If you already said, I may have missed it.

If I was to defend myself I would say my feelings from Cartomancy started to drift into here a little and I will avoid playing two games at once in the future. Honestly I only signed up because I didn't think this would fill before the other game was over and then recruiter Kate showed up and got the entire world to sign up.

I get that, I prefer not to do two at once either. I didn't originally sign up for this because I thought it might run into GOC, but I did not take the power of, um, persuasion into account.

I do like the points you raised about him. I agree that him being a wolf and evading the lizard doesn't seem likely, he is a math guy and would know full well there are plenty of spaces to avoid it on Day 1 and feel no rush for that reason.


Overall I still lean him town.

Most undecided, I could see clear reasons of my own to see it either way. I'd have to rely on other peoples reads as of *right now* to push Sean either way. And if possible, I'd rather rely on my own thoughts.

First, everyone highlighted bricky color are people who were alive for the very intense endgame of another game, and I can cut slack for being a little burnt out. No one is off the table today, but I have no need to vote early, as of right now I have no read on several of the bricky people. The seeming norm now of not using OT green can be confusing to me, I can't always tells when someone means something or it's a joke in some cases. I've seen a few reads lists that I thought were fake, but its hard to say

Pyxxy talked mainly mechanics, made a flippy floppy reads list, and asked one person if they had seen the movie, and no one else. If I was going to vote now, I'd vote for Pyxxy. But I don't have to so there is that.

Fingersplints; I couldn't remember a thing she said, so I had to read her. Of her 8 posts, about half were about how she doesn't enjoy/engage in mech discussion. Only real suspish discussing post was agreeing with an equivocating post Marmot made about his reads (which to be fair, I also agreed with). I know she is a low poster in general, so I need to see more (especially her reaction to this poke), but what I did see put her a bit wooflean for me.

I used to have an Asian Water Dragon. Reptiles make good pets, especially if you live a busy life, they aren't as needy as cats/dogs.

My guess is that 1 is a lizard and the other 11 are randomly chosen, could be empty, could not be. If they were all empty, mafia would be given a HUGE advantage (avoid certain death, plus have very high chances of getting the PRs). By giving them 1 lizard, 11 randomly chosen, it just makes it so that mafia can dig without worrying about getting lizardead (which I think is a bit more than a "small advantage")

That makes sense, actually.

And when I said "small advantage" I meant a small advantage in voting super early as opposed to later, not overall in the game. They won't *gain* by voting early, unless they are very unlucky and all the lizard free spots get taken out early.

I always read set ups, since i'm fairly fussy on what I want to play. I won't play a game with role/info dumps. It sucks to have a good baddie game ruined by something beyond your control, and as a civ, half the fun of mafia is solving the mystery. In real life, it's great when a cop runs into the squad room, waving a videotape of the crime, but in games, not so much. At least not for me.

Sure. And there may be a reason you don't want to say, and that's cool too. It's Day One and very little has happened. I am probably going to pick my hole based on counting out a number or numbers I like. That's how I pick out super bowl boxes lol.

There could be a good reason and a bad reason for voting out the gate as Sean did, or no reason, maybe he just really likes that square. So the woofs prolly have the mechanics hashed out, and are well aware that they have to vote with their dig location. So Seans vote MIGHT mean something, or it might not. But Marmots, not so much, unless he's intentionally trying to look uninformed.
