Well, me too. But we need to control our impulses, or the rule may become, "No Dead Posting".

As the most egregious recent breaker of the rulez I have taken this penance upon myself for being a bad sport. Recently Deadies have been pushing the boundaries of deadness; I was one of them, but not the only one

I am reminding the Deadies of the rules; I am doing it here since most Deadies shuffle in and out of here. Remind your Dead friends of the rules as well:

Dead players should not post on-topic and should be in dead red. There is a "dead" button when posting for this function.

"On Topic" means more than just direct game related posts. It can also mean:

* Your opinion of the person who killed you. You are not the President of their Fan Club; this is a given & does not require in thread discussion or mention.
* Answering player questions.
* Replying to player comments, unless your reply consists of "Brainzzz" or "Rezz me" or "What about those *insertteamname*"
* Affiliation related reactions to other players deaths.
* Pointing out player errors.
* Discussing your death or those that did you in beyond one *non aggressive* reaction statement.
* Trying to get in the last word.

You are dead and you are sad. We all know this. Don't try to ruin the game for the living; once you are dead your participation days are over. Remember how much fun YOU had doing unto others what was just done unto you; and suck it up, and move on.

Off Topic & thematic banter are fine, but if it is even remotley game related, don't say it. Game Mods can & will delete on topic dead remarks as they see fit.

Got out as quickly as possible and chose not to go to Albertsons for several months. Stammering over explanations would probably have just made it worse~

Once I was walking around in a supermarket, a crowded supermarket. I was on the phone with Kate, and we were talking about a game. And I was just pushing my cart merrily along, talking about lynching this one, killng the other one, and lynching that one, and laughing. Then I saw the expression on this one guys face and realized that that horrified expression was directed at ME.

In the Lostpedia Drunk Thread, that was the standard typo for "drunk"; one of the rules of Drunk Thread was that you couldn't fix typos in Drunk Thread. I think Bea to this day still only says "drfunk"; I don't think she ever writes just "drunk" anymore, lol. I was only an occasional DT habitue, but damn those were fun times.
