Haha NO
If you, LC, and Jack voted for, say, Eloh, there's no way Epi and I would have followed Eloh to tie it. Too high a risk.
Return to “[ENDGAME] - The Fellowship of the Ring Mafia (LoTR I)”
If we were too eager, you might catch on.Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Sat Feb 17, 2018 11:08 pm If LC was good....mafia, why do you toy with me instead of putting me out of my misery. I would have voted for him anyway.![]()
Fine.
*declares willingness to vote alongside JoH in this endeavor*
I don't know what this means.
I don't know what this means
Does the day instantly end on majority?Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 15, 2018 11:25 pm Townies should not vote at all until we choose a lynch. If all 3 scum come online at the same time, a single townie voting for another single townie means game over.
I think he did. I think that was a thing.
Here's the link.
juliets wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2018 7:12 amGlorfindel, it does matter now I think. First you say "If" so we don't know if Sauron has the ring. Second, as others have pointed out, if he does it doesn't end the game cause we're still playing. If you see something definitive about Epi please tell us.Glorfindel wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2018 12:26 amIf Sauron has the One Ring, it’s game over so it hardly matters now does it?
I have never been more confused by a sequence of posts in my life. Do you think INH fakeclaimed?juliets wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2018 7:17 amI am not convinced by LC's case either but I'm not sure if it's because I just can't read Epi at all or it's a poor case. I do think epic makes a good point that he is different in each game he plays - I find that to be true about him. And for whatever it's worth I have civ vibes about Epi.Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2018 12:46 am I'm unconvinced by LC's Epi case and am considering voting LC today.
Lore-wise, seems like it.Glorfindel wrote: ↑Tue Feb 13, 2018 12:26 amIf Sauron has the One Ring, it’s game over so it hardly matters now does it?
She's talking, tone-wise I can't pick out a difference from the other game I was playing with her (where Vampires killed her), and when I ISO her, she's stimulating conversation, sounds genuine, and is bringing up salient points.
Yeah, I guess that's fair. I just usually use 'POE' to refer to certainties. And I have nothing certain in this game. None of the lynches or nightkills have really provided any insight.Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2018 3:42 pm speedchuck
So do you think I'm not hunting?
Eloh's free to try to take herself off the suspect list. I'm not going to lynch a high poster who I think is town over a low poster I have no read on in the name of fairness.
Jackofhearts2005 wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2018 3:32 pmIt is a wording problem, apparently. It's just... there's no way to argue against POE in the way you're using it, and it usually just results in low posters getting lynched. It also means that you don't have to give reasons for the player you're voting for. It's just "I think everyone else is town."speedchuck wrote: ↑Mon Feb 12, 2018 1:59 pmAnyway, this sounds like a wording problem to me. POE is constant.
I've used 'POE' to skate by as scum without hunting before.
And I wasn't accusing you of the Wilgy lynch.
I concur. How does one 'POE' in a game with no scumflips, all-vanilla roles, etc?
Nightkill analysis is sketchy enough already without basing everything on Wilgy-brand WIFOM.juliets wrote: ↑Sun Feb 11, 2018 4:24 pmThanks for the explanation Epi. That would indeed fit Wilgy's zany approach.Epignosis wrote: ↑Sun Feb 11, 2018 4:20 pm MacDougall was in a three-way tie with Kylemii and speedchuck.
If all three people in the tie are civilians, then mafia didn't have to lift a ringed finger- they would be pleased however this worked out.Kylemii

Kylemii was lynched.
Tell me: If you were bad, given the poll above, would you kill MacDougall?
Would you ask the person you are about to murder if she doesn't like you, and tell her that you thought you could be best friend forever?
I believe Wilgy would. It fits into his zany, mad scientist approach.
I don't see what any of that has to do with me.Glorfindel wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2018 6:10 pm Other than Kyle, I’m a bit concerned about Chuckles. I was convinced that Master Sloonei was a good guy but I didn’t care for how he left - refusing to give any legacy reads for us to ponder. I’m having trouble comprehending how Town-Sloonei could do that? I’d have thought he’d WANT to give us the benefit of his not inconsiderable skill and knowledge?
MacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2018 11:13 pm Also have you ever had Epignosis scum read you when you're a civ? It's not cool.
K then why give legacies.MacDougall wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2018 11:09 pmI'm not panicking I just had a coffee.speedchuck wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2018 11:07 pm @MacDougall Why are you panicking and giving legacy reads? We got 23 hours, and less than half the game is voting. I've barely even read the game, and I can think of like, 4 people I'd rather lynch than you right now.
Why these six?insertnamehere wrote: ↑Wed Feb 07, 2018 10:20 am Apologies for the Day 2 absense.
