I cannot emphasize that enough, DO NOT let me anywhere near town leadership. I'm pretty sure I ended up a stronger ally to scum than Niju did, and it sucks.

2 things:

1. NEVER EVER EVER let me be the supertown. If I am town, I will suck. If I am mafia, I will purposefully suck.

2. Geez these last two days Turnip had everything en pointe. Why both of these lynches went awry after spending the entire day on scum is beyond me. Golden was becoming more and more slippery with words, Fractal had already shown his colors, and Niju... still was the same.

TH - Why does TH see Fractal's attempt at isos as more suspicion that, say, Colins? (More generic version of this same question - is TH being purposefully myopic) I already have an answer for this in an earlier post. Short answer is gut. Long version is that the posts are high-effort, low personal contribution, and look more like hunting than they are.

This is the first time I’ve tinfoiled speed.

In isolation the ‘I don’t want to lynch marmot’ I actually agree with. But on scotty lynch day I was trying to move the lynch to a new candidate and I offered marmot and inh. My reasons for marmot we’re stronger in my view. It was speed that chose inh over marmot. A speed/marmot pairing is possible.

This is also the point where I tinfoil you. I'm trying to narrow down the lynch candidates in a POE sort of way, which is one of the only safe ways to approach MYLO. While you've made interesting points in thread, I feel like you're expanding the suspect pool near-constantly, and your top pushes (from memory) are on TH and Marmot.

TH is actually hunting for the first time since I've seen him return, albeit in a very TH way. Is him actually putting forward focus and accusations a scumtell?
Marmot has been effing gone. I DO NOT want to lynch another low poster like it's a sure thing.

I don't want you to be scum, because this game will be a lot harder if you are. But you're walking a line where you have the same strongest suspects as me, but with TH and Marmot in front of them in what I would describe as easy and less substantiated lynches.

That all said, I do not want to lynch Golden tomorrow. It is still tinfoil.

I think what TH is getting at is that these ISO's aren't really reflective of pursuing or pressuring. They're like readlists, or rainbow lists, and they only substantiate already-held opinions in the topic. It looks like a lot of work, and I'm sure it is, but it's not hunting so much as it is summarizing.

Example: Your Niju ISO calls her genuine and notes her town-tone over and over, which is what I and a few others have been saying for 5 pages.
Your INH ISO brings up his lynch of LC and then all the scum things that have been mentioned to death.

And such.

The ISO's look like more than they are, and that might be what TH is picking up on. Generally, if content in the thread seems like it is self-inflated, that gives scummy feels because scum want to generate town-looking content without generating content.

She seemed to suggest the music choices maybe made Ramses posts as Rico made. This doesn’t make sense to me...

But it does make sense that her early posting with Ramses theories could be misdirection.

Nutella almost died to lynches on days 1 and 2, if I remember right. I have faith that, if she were Ramses, she'd be better than that.

Fractal/colin would make sense as a duo given the vomps lynch. But I think it’s probably tinfoil, both still seem generally town to me.

It might be a bit much for both to be town, but I wouldn't put it past them. I trust nutella and Kylemii right now, and no others.

I've got people suspecting me for not trying hard enough. Not only did I get brotrayed by Fractal, and not only did everyone ignore my specific pleas to start a train (Yes, you can be involved on a train if I don't tag you), and not only did we lynch what is presumably one of the most important townies in the game...

Now I have people blaming ME. Some of which claim I'm bad because of it.

I'm pissed. (Not in a way that needs mod intervention, but like a loaded gun/motivation/lynchy pissed)
