I’m in Rochester, NY and while I’ve been here before and live fairly close, I never indulged in the local delicacy of a garbage plate until yesterday. Very good though.

This is a compelling theory, but it would most likely be a different ex (having broken up with this original ex almost 2 years ago) and I’ll just as rather lose the shirt forever in that case.

Today I woke up without enough sleep, after some unpleasant dreams, and went to work at my job which is very boring but usually fine, except today the AC was messed up in my building so it was roasting, all the while I have a canker sore in my mouth that appeared randomly and is unusually painful, and also did I mention that my ex messaged me while I was melting at the office wanting to meet up and then got disappointed when I explained why I won’t, and I haven’t been able to find my favorite t-shirt for about a year and just spent the evening turning my house inside out in search of it only to come up with, you guessed it, no shirt, which is a shame because it was so comfortable and versatile and even sort of rare as far as band shirts go, and I’m fully aware that’s a dumb thing to obsess over but I’ve spent probably 75% of my day thinking about that shirt and wondering just where the hell it ended up because if you can’t hold onto your favorite shirt, what can you hold onto?

But the good news is, I am going to drink a Guinness.
