Coo! Coooooo? (Wait what are you saying here? There wouldn't be any RNG. The tie breaker picks who gets lynched in a tie. The only real room for discussion is that Okosan was assuming it was the person they were voting gets lynched and it wasn't a seperate decision)

COOOO! (For instance. Let's say the tie breaker and one other person vote on Person A, and Person B, C, and so on all also had two votes on them. If tie breaker works the way Okosan was assuming then Person A would die, and Monukuma would narrow the tie breaker down to the two people who voted there_
I also think that the tie-breakers decision depends on where he votes, else it would be a sepperated EoD ability and here it looks more like a passive.

The fun thing is:
If we catch Monokuma and he doesn't leave the game, then we identified Monokuma but he will have a night to recruit someone.
But at this point we could roleblock Monokuma and nothing would happen?
I am sure Monokuma dies with a lynch.

Just Monokuma doesn't pull the trigger himself, he uses culted people to shoot.
So the Cultafia has a faction killer performing a kill with the performer being another recruit each time?
How do they kill? it just says "the recruited people basically have to kill ONE player then survive". If that's their wincon then how do they obtain a nightkill or do they have to cause a mislynch?

Hello guys, people are already techtalking, I like it. Since no conversion happens at day, would this mean we end D1 with a no lynch or will we take the risk to find something.

Also there are many secret mechanics I wonder. I wonder if the secrets are related to mechanics/locations or if there is more to it like a towny turning indie or so?

Anyway I am super excited for some experimental setup :3
