I have a semi-open ATLA setup I’d like to run. Characters in the game will be publicly available, scum may have secret characters in addition. Abilities will be *very very loosely* tied to flavor. Characters will not be alignment specific.

Requires 9, can take up to 15, preference is for at least 11.

Post caps will be 40-50 during the day depending on game size, half that at night. Approximately 48/24 phases, adjusted to fit my schedule. Hammer voting.
