Yeah, there's a bunch of active really townie players, and it's why I read Mac as being unlikely to just rest on his laurels and let us do whatever we want if he's a wolf. Especially if my theory that there's one in Poison/tutuu is correct, then he'd probably feel more obliged to do something to try to redirect me from that. The way Mac is wolf and acts like this is if all my reads are wrong, but I don't feel a need to go there yet.

Be that as it may, you seem to have desparingly resigned yourself to being scum, and reduced to name calling those who shade you.

You could just put your head down, and get to work trying to root out wolves, but it feels you're more frustrated at getting called out as Maf than you care to actually find scum.

How does that equate to "town is going to lose if I die and flip town"?

I was thinking to myself internally that nutella coming in and going yeah at everything was bog standard nutella town play and her willingness to just back a side and push it feels more like town nutella (eg. in Radiohead and Making Friends she was a bit more disconnected from the game/timid in terms of making pushes). So tutuu's posts expressing similar sentiments makes me feel better about her.

interesting perception, but more than discrediting someone else, couldn't it possibly be a way of getting reactions? I'm not a confident player like you, neither do I get easy reads this early a game, nor do I vote early, even if you don't consider any of that, why would you think w!me would try to discredit someone this early in a game, instead of her usual fluffing phase?

If you are scum then you're fairly obviously trying to nudge people into burying tutuu without actually putting your hands on the murder weapon. This is Mafia 101 stuff, and it's why I said there's probably at least one scum between you two.

I think it's a lot more likely that mafia thinks they're boned if they get sniped off D1, than town genuinely thinks the game is loss off a single misexe D1.

Her entrance this game was forced/awkward and had a bunch of people feeling bad about it. She felt like she was forcing herself to act like town tutuu more than anything. The reason I feel comfortable clearing her pretty hard early on in most games is because town tutuu is very difficult to comfortably fake as scum, and I think her behavior this game matches up with scum struggling to slip into her town meta.

Her vibe does feel off this game, and I'm not the only one who felt that. Every other game I've played with her had her townclearing herself in my eyes fairly quickly, except Jack Attack, where I initially doubted her and then got there on her by the middle of Day 1.
