Kate voting SVS is from my perspective actually a good sign for SVS being a hit but I recognize that my perspective on Kate is very different from yours.
That relies on Kate being town which I am really not convinced of. Frankly I am just refraining from tunnelling her because I recognize that other people who know her well think she is in her town meta and I'd rather pursue some level of cohesion and try to hammer out something consensus and orderly instead of tear off on my own to pursue my own desires. If it wasn't for that adamant shielding of her I would have her as bottom POE frankly.
I have a very nearly mechanical reason to believe kate is town but I don't want to go into it

I continue to be worried about HK and 112. They have somehow accrued 0 pressure - even when 112 was put into the POE nobody wanted to vote her - while doing absolutely fucking nothing. Even Kate has more pressure than them and she got hard shielded by Golden D1.

Is my vote preference, top being more preferred, bottom being less. Seanzie did fuck all with the space he was given so I'm not really inclined to shield him any more, but I would still vote SVS/112 over him.

Kate has done absolutely nothing all day. Like take a look at her ISO. She has contributed nothing townie the entirety of D2 and frankly the entirety of D1 as well. She is coasting by on being toneread as town by someone that knows her D1.

It has more people than that. 112 and SVS are at the bottom of it, ie. I think they're scummier than the other POE members.

Scotty and Kate are people I personally find suspicious but which others are shielding and I am deferring to them.

Sure, that's possible. But given that Sabi seems to have been trying to get townies killed I lean towards believing that people they are shading are townie. Furthermore, if this is WIFOM, it is predicated on Dennis flipping town, which Sabi couldn't have predicted would happen. Ergo from a probability based standpoint it's more likely that this is just a straightforward attempt at killing two townies.

Is it a green check? No. But it's something solid and meaningful in Seanzie's favor. 112 and SVS do not have anything at all in their favor.

I don't think Marmot's defense was convincing at all but nutella has essentially claimed that he gave her a beneficial item. She hasn't said what it is but if its nature makes her strongly flip around on Marmot I'm willing to take that on faith and pursue other members of the POE who have nothing at all going for them. My catchup was long and boring and largely skimmed. My main conclusion is that I no longer have a townread on Rondo because it is starting to feel like he is not just causing chaos to be a goblin but instead using it as a strategic lever to undermine a POE I believe in. And honestly even if he is town he's kinda a liability to town cohesion. Attacking Mac for agreeing with Dizzy's reads makes very little sense to me and felt more like a forcible attempt to shove Dizzy back in the POE than an actual read on Mac.

My expectation is that by now Town Seanzie would have 1 to 2 pet wolfreads he's aggressively pursuing while nobody pays attention which actively discourages him from playing democratically. I don't think Seanzie is trying to solve the game or using his full town process in this game and that makes him lean wolf. Not lock wolf cuz he might just not give a fuck, but I can't townread him for it.

I don't think this is fully fair. I have literally used my entire free time this night reading up on 40 pages of mafia. I think I'm contributing to a satisfactory degree. It's unfortunate that phase changes happens right when I've just fallen asleep, which means I will fall way behind and play catchup. Not that it's anyone's fault, also not mine.

You can un-ironically lock town me because I'm incapable of mid-posting as mafia.

Your content post catchup has been fine. I am not willing to towncore you but I would never vote you out over a slot like Marmot or SVS at this point.

In that game you were randomly given the gun by a redirected night action, and you used it well because the mechanical gamestate meant that BlueKang had to be mafia from your point of view. The hypothetical gun giver in this game would have no reason to trust you were town (nobody had you as top town iirc) and no reason to trust that your reads would be particularly good. Someone like nutella is far more consensus town and also far more likely to have good reads - so I am wondering why this gun giver chose to give you the gun and not her.

Being town and in the POE makes you have better reads.
The problem is that being in the POE in the first place makes me unable to trust you.
But if you are in the POE and then flip town, now I can go back to your old reads (that I didn't trust) and have more faith in them knowing you are trustworthy and have good reads.

My take on Scotty is that he has done fuck all this game and IAWY scumread him. I don't hold the IAWY shot against him, I would have done it too if I had a dayvig, but I do think that IAWY has decent reads in general and is particularly likely to have good reads because he is a member of the POE (POE members tend to have better reads because they have a green check on themselves and so have slightly better perspective than everyone else in the thread). I am not to-the-death convinced that Scotty is scum, but I don't see what you do in his tone and his actual solving has been kinda nonexistent. This is enough to put him in the POE - coupled with IAWY's conviction that he's mafia, I'm happy to vote him out.
