iirc Long Con was still pretty townread at this point so Marcher Jovian targeting him isn't impossible. He already had lots of sols at this point so I wouldn't be shocked if a wolfteam decided to smash their stuff

I think the most plausible explanation is that wolves bought back DrWilgy ability and that cayvie was protected. Their power seem wolfy, especially when we know that Marcher Jovian could know how much stuff we bought
