Found her fairly towny early D1. Set the slot aside and haven't come back since. Probably overdue on doing so.

Too add to that, I seem to recall they had some interaction with dizzy that didn't feel partnerish.

Not really. Some POEish shots can be on players that could clear themselves later in the game. It's better POEish (and potentially clearable) town to be shot than wolf.

i have not fully understood the momentum moving against c4, however. the best reason i see is.. engagement drop?
