at least in setups ive played with this type of jailor that can only work on no-yeets, the meta is to let the jailor jail every night and gather claims. it will be safe to claim for the jailor. although games like that incluse whispers and private chats

it is actually aligned with 3p. its not mafia-aligned. so maybe nothing will inherit its anti-claim power. so maybe when it dies we're safe to massclaim and end the game? (force all scum to cc cuz all town roles are listed in op)

there is roughly 75% chance for a person to rand town in any given mafia game, and 25% chance for them to rand mafia.
