the town's action weren't even highroll, they got unlucky twice

a potential bigger highroll for town is if LC's n0 check doesn't get blocked, and if his lie detector (which is basically another cop check) doesn't land on the second pseudo cop

and then rondo does his thing again

that would have been potentially 5 town clears, if you guys were more lucky

i dont know which one for what, but afaik he had 2 doctor actions at his disposal, one from his role, one from trivia, and protected himself and rondo. self-targetting was allowed this game at least for us. so it probably doesnt matter which one he used for what

generally "no double targetting" rule is applied to each individual role, particularly those that stop kills, and it doesnt include NK. the purpose is to prevent people being immortal. this application of the rule does the opposite, it encourages situations where people are made immortal

the last time i was a wolf here, marmot applied a similar rule. town jailkeeper blocked me. on the next night they didn't allow me to attack them again. my only other wolf who was PoE was able to attempt to. they got jailkept. essentially the hard claimed jk was made pseudo-immortal due to a rule that just does the opposite of what's it intended to

we didnt know that we wouldnt be able to. this is the first time any of us have heard of this application of this rule. it was told to us right before end of night 1 resolved. i was the only one online so i had to immediately submit new actions. i quickly scrambled falcon death. it was that or no nk

which made silencing or roleblocking a town potentially bad because it gives them nk immunity for the next night

mac was kind of immortal due to us attempting to visit him on even nights when his role triggers. and us not being allowed to touch him on odd nights when he's vulnerable

this no double targetting rule pulled the rug under us

it extended to all wolf actions. not just for each individual one

we attempted to silence mac n0. which meant we couldnt touch him n1 even if we wanted to

that extended to all of our abilities and nk, against all players
