Only info roles get information back on their target. Info roles targeting a bus driven person would get the results of player b not player a.

Player b nor player a would not be informed

Let alone that it doesn't even make sense to do it that way, if you target X and someone makes you target y, you would functionally know you've targeted y not X lol
