I was commenting that it has started coming up, not that you brought it up or that it was directed at me.

I did discuss it directly with Apogee and I'm pretty sure he and I are pretty close to the same page. Wolves have somewhere around three or four night kill powers based on N1. I have a pretty good idea where sensible wolves would target their kills, in a fairly small group. People in that group that don't get targeted I might start looking harder at D3 and beyond.

But there don't seem to have been any wolf kills, so the "but if you're so clear why haven't the wolves NKed you" tinfoil would be too early.

Yeah, other than the fracas around the popcorn game there wasn't really a LOT of daytime kill power displayed on D1. Daytime vigs may have been one shots, or may have been odd day vigs (thanks Beeboy if that). Hard to tell. There weren't any mysterious day kills the first time through day two so I'm not surprised there haven't been any the second time.

For myself, Maple getting chopped will further my requirements to activate my own night powers, oddly enough, so I'd rather they die that way. But if they do die in ITAs we might be able to get useful vote movements so that would be okay too.

They claimed really early (like before they were lock wolf) that shooting them in ITAs would kill the shooter, so Nanook the unkillable is a good choice to shoot at them and you are poisoned anyway so what the hell...but I don't think other people really should.

I kinda think he kept me alive. The wolves clearly wanted me silenced, so that implies they would have killed me if they thought it would work. That could be wrong, but my inclination to stay alive makes me prefer that JPIC not get ITAed. I keep trying to meet the activation requirements for my own night powers, which would mean I don't need JPIC and he can protect someone else, so that's an additional benefit.

If Long Con is really a poisoner I think he is a very easy leash because his target is definitely identified. I wouldn't ITA him at this point.

I updated my list because I moved Punchy. In the crazy exchange between Mac and Nanook I really got the impression That Mac was kidding, first off, and I also haven't figured any way to make it matter since Nanook is by all indications unkillable.

I disagree. tone reads are not junk. also in a closed set up we can't necessarily ever really know. also we can't always trust people's claims.

I play with a whole lot of players who are gonna "tone" exactly the same regardless of alignment. That's the basic point of the game.

But either way, keep those skills sharp because once the obvious potential wolves have been resolved there's gonna be a new game with about 15 people and one or two wolves and it is gonna be hard.
