Srceen is likely town imo for the HK flip.Moonwink wrote: ↑Mon Feb 28, 2022 7:11 pm I voted for Andres a second ago, but I think I might switch to Scotty for a little bit, because if Srceen is actually town, then the scumslip stuff is kinda weird. I'll move back to Andres (for real this time) once I've got some stuff figured out.
[VOTE: Scotty] aubergine
I think it looks less weird if srceen is town. As mafia you can totally push what look like mistaken scum-slips, or just ignore them if they're reachy.
As town you can:
-Ask for others opinion on it
-point it out
etc
So like in terms of it being a pro-town or pro-mafia move to do what scotty did, I'd say it was more pro-town. Of course, that doesn't remove him of being wolf, but I think it's a point in that favor. Additionally he broke it up into two posts (namely the "did X scumslip" part came last) and gives a confusion vibe, which makes me think its genuine and not fabricated as to how he responded to it.

Re: The Rings of Power - Day Three
I'm mildly convinced Dunya is towny for now. I might've not voiced it specifically, but since my neighborhood with Mac and Marmot on n1 (with mac telling us dunya was sus ofc) I wasn't sure if Dunya was trying to push something bad about me. I also don't have much experience with Dunya, so I was having trouble figuring if they're town w/ their handling of me.
However, I think that response was good.
That and its possible that maybe, just maybe, them not knowing the reasons Moon believes I am confirmed may point to them not being in some sort of mafia chat if the mafia is paying attention this game.

Re: The Rings of Power - Day Three
So, to summarize for the record (and so it doesn't get drowned in discord):
Mac neigborhized Me/Marmot/Mac on n1 with the temporary neighborizer ring
During that time I shared the ring that Moon gave me yesterday (the messenger ring) and we made a plan to target me while I sent a message on the condition that it only reach people who had 1 ring or less at the end of n2
that way we would have an official & un-disprovable check of who had more than 1 ring; something very important if there was a killer out there as they would likely have more than 1 ring. Additionally, it would in theory give town the benefit of breaking their caps as town would likely have 1 ring or less.
Unfortunately it ended up neighborzing everyone. I don't know why exactly it did that, but it did.
I've also given the messenger ring to someone else, but I won't be revealing who.

Target yourself, and name up to five Rings. Your target will learn the full description of each of the Rings you named, if they exist.
How do this work? Aren't all rings public knowledge?
So it makes sense they don't know the names yet.

Re: The Rings of Power - Day Two
Note: This is what I got so far, and considering time of EoD I won't finish it in time.
Here's what I could find from reading ISO's on who would vote who or not vote.
Keep in mind what I wrote down here may be more representative of my interpretation rather than what they actually said, as I may be taking things that are arguably suggestive of X or Y thing to actually mean X or Y thing. Or, alternatively, I could have made an error noting down a read or stance that has changed since then.
Porscha:
-Not willing or reluctant to vote HK/Mac/Moon/Creature
-Willing to vote anyone else? Only really mentioned nanook as being scummy
Nanook:
-Just yeet HK; progress based on whether HK is town or mafia
-Not willing or reluctant to vote NAA/Mac
-Willing to vote Andres? Or just wants andres to die at some point.

the above statement is a bit of an extreme example but like if you find something scummy you probably wouldn't be unsure about it & wouldn't assign an "or" to that

I did get it, I didn't mention it because I figured it probably could've been used for tracking purposes on previous nights. Which it actually can surprisingly.Moonwink wrote: ↑Fri Feb 25, 2022 11:13 pm I know you received a ring last night (giving away rings can't be roleblocked). You SHOULD have received one, but if I was roleblocked in any sort of way, then it might not have gone through.
But I wasn't sure if it was going to be useful tonight.

No. I don't believe anything on what the mafia did on d1.Scotty wrote: ↑Fri Feb 25, 2022 7:34 pmToo convoluted. You’re telling me mafia tried to stall a lynch- a mislynch, at that- to create WIFOM going into D2?MartinGG99 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 25, 2022 3:11 pm Perhaps we should do an in-thread voting thing where we attach a # to each player on the list of the living.
Example:
"2" being I would vote this person
"1" being I would vote this person but I am reluctant to do so
"0" being I would never vote this person except for hammer
"-1" fuck you martin
Anyone who doesn't do that or something similar (and decides to be unhelpful in that regard) and we can consider yeeting them for it.
Because otherwise I don't see how we can easily come to a conclusion other than potentially yeet HK today, which I don't like (the single-choice issue). I think a possibility to consider is that the mafia no-killed because they wanted the HK yeet to be the seeming only option.
Although if I understand correctly, DOOM's ring also allows whoever they targeted to decide the yeet via their vote. Alternatively, we could just not vote today and if anyone votes for anyone else we will figure that was the person who was targeted by that, and then judge accordingly.
Spoiler: show
If we end up not doing this I'm probably going to just dig through ISO's sometime 24ish hours from now and compile a list of who would vote who.
Doubt
Four mafia is not enough to stall or cause a yeet, especially on d1, so I cant presume that is what they intentionally did. Especially when such presumptions would necessitate the mafia predicting who the most likely yeet would be and/or needing up to all four wolvrs to be present at a single time to coordinate. It is also possible they may have been able to achieve a misyeet but it would've appeared bad for them for whatever reason.
Regardless of whether they were or weren't intetionally stalling though, I do believe witholding the kill on n1 to pressure town into making a move (ex: Nanooks entrance today about HK) is a reasonable possibility.

I don't think that's a feeling budMartin feels like they're actively not doing anything
that's more like an accurate observation of my accomplishments

Re: The Rings of Power - Day One
I'll hammer moon if my vote is needed
I am reluctant to go there otherwise because marmot was slightly right in that I was pocketed in some form (maybe)

all other wagons atm (other than scotty/screen) I don't prefer
which is interesting...didn't even look at votes when I made my little list
we might have time to test the others though I suppose

Re: The Rings of Power - Day One
Just had a little thought experiment
if the mafia somehow intentionally be uncooperative towards majority
then we'd need 2/3rds of town to agree on one person
I have no clue how this affects voting dynamics for scum but I feel like it may
simply because no plurality and thus giving evils a chance to deny town-kills

Re: The Rings of Power - Day One
I guess I should do this
[VOTE: Hk/Screen/Scotty] aubergine to make it clearer as to who I would be open to yeeting today out of the current wagons
could in theory have a wagon with no votes started but I get the impression that's unlikely to majority
