I low key agree, but imo balancing role madness in general is not a very easy... Its hard to say when "x" provided tool is simply too strong for one side. Repeated play throughs with similar roles w/ different rosters of players is going to yield widely different results every game. All the fun and the torture's of role madness is that there are a lot of weird scenarios that can arise, and its easy to over look stuff on the onset that will have a dramatic impact on the game later. So while I think that mafia having fake claims + soup kill is really strong, I also bet that a lot of unseen role interactions could have also made the set-up much too town sided.

Except for seemers, thats role is busted :P

Wasnt even in the game, and it had a dramatic impact on how D4/D5 went down.

I am the cop and my red check on groggy is legit. I was hoping that the cover established between daisy, kza, Mac and I that even if I don't get grogu flipped I cpuld atleast get another check tonight.

I don’t think that’s like a correct thing for town Guru to say. I think we have too many red peeks on him to let him go. Like he’s borderlines confirmed wolf if the cop is like a third of the players.

I don’t particularly think figuring out which if any (Chard included) is telling the truth but there’s just a really high chance someone has actually red peeked this dude.

If he’s town and nobody peeked him and we’re all idiots, I’ll feel a little bad cause there’s nothing he coulda done differently. But no worse than chopping a townie who replaces into a scummy slot.

I like the case made here even if i have dubious feelings on Jack. Gives me conflicting feelings lol.

yeah I don't really know you and had this idea that someone else would have to be scumreading Grogu hard but then I was like nah...he can pick his own soft target

tbh i felt like i struck gold with the Grogu push when several other people were pushing it shortly after. Made me feel like the Noir has check Goru last night and got a guilty. lol

I still think Grogu is scummy tho. Im just having a hard time writing out a meaningful explanation.

This whole cop cover thing that happened today makes me want to run a roster wide "Hypocop" WHere everybody outs there hypotical results if they the were the cop. Could be fun and useful since cop chould have 3 results to share. THoughts?

Omgea's early D2 fake claim gambait was full of pure unbridled townie motivation. I cannot think of a game of forum mafia I've played where scum opened an day phase early into the game with a faked mech guilty on another player, at least never a townie. THats just... exceedingly wild to me.

hmmm, not what I meant at all. that MU game i was extremely awkward and I felt like antagonized literally everyone. I felt (and I think I projected this too) that everyone was against me.

I simply don't want to do that in this game. I don't want anyone who is playing this game who played the last game with me to think that.

I can see though from an outside prospective that someone might think it is a pocket attempt.

I honestly don't know what Esooa's alignment is or isn't. I do plan on going through Esooa's iso and see what I find.

so far most of my reads is null. it is disconcerting but I tend to have more null reads then most think I should.

I have you as Town. and no it is not an attempt to sway you in anyway by saying that. just it's pretty much a given based on what you are claiming. I don't see a world where a wolf would attempt what you are doing this day phase.

This is something i do as town a lot. Gush about a related bad experience i had in another game when somebody calls out a particular stance I made that seems "off" at a glance in a current game.

Im curious if Daisy is the type of player to lecture another player about what is proper play in the middle of a game as scum?

In my experience I see frustrated town do it more then scum. Also scum would try to spin it as scummy, which Daisy dosent really push that angle much in her Omega interactions around then.

Im not really leaning one way or another on her michelle actions, and preferance for 112. I think most scum would feel obligated to bus, but its also plausible that scum would want to salvage the more useful buddy and drop 112 who could choose to town side.

I think that several of Dasiy's earlier posts are inline to things i find myself prone to doing as town, and also seen in some other town do. Its leaves a strong enough impact that i dont really feel a need to keeping going back and forth on Michelle/112 points.
