Re: Escape From Russia [Night 2]
I'm somewhat sus of both LC and dunyagnosis, because I seem to remember both of them being involved in the "saving wagon arrivals," maybe even both times.Vulgard wrote: ↑Tue Oct 13, 2020 10:57 am I've already posted about 50% less than I did on day 2, proportionally... I think so, anyway.
I don't think what Ash said makes 112 scum. If anything, it makes her progression difficult to keep track of, which is not necessarily a mafia trait. I had the same issue with TSP and I'm currently doubting TSP.
I just want a Wilgy yeet at this point, really, and I dislike the fact he keeps getting saved by sudden flashwagons appearing at EoD. It's happened twice now. I'm going to feel silly if it was town saving him both times, and/or if Wilgy is town, but yeah.

Unless we have an even night vig / poisoner, in which case, the problem SHOULD solve itself?
I don't think TSP is necessarily unalligned with Wilgy, by the way. I also found Epi's posts quite underwhelming.

Ted, Wilgy surviving past n1 is a pretty clear indicator that we don't have town KP in this game.
We don't have to do nothing while wagoning Wilgy, I'm not sure where you got that idea.

Yeah, probably sounded way more formal than it needed to be.
It's just... unnecessary to do things like this. Just kill Wilgy already, please. And stop changing your mind last second, because this marks the second time a CFD to a town happened for no reason.

Re: Escape From Russia [Night 2]
I'm pretty chill, sorry if I came across as "not chill."
It's just a bit annoying. I'm trying to be collaborative here but everyone just did their own thing at EoD anyway, and once again the wagons ended up in a state where nobody liked them. Just like at EoD 1. This is why I wanted a preplanned vote instead of EoD chaos.

Re: Escape From Russia [Night 2]
Wilgy is not TH. TH posted twice and never did anything again. Wilgy continuously pops in just for EoD to vote and then dip. When he is in thread, his interactions with others are minimalistic to the point of being scummy. He pretends he is doing something by voting at EoD, but he isn't actually solving.

Re: Escape From Russia [Night 2]
And once more, we have a Wilgy wagon while approaching EoD which just straight up disappears at EoD. I don't think that's a coincidence.
This is exactly what I was talking about before. Everyone thinks he's mafia, nobody will vote him for some reason. And you're still not voting him.

Re: Escape From Russia [Night 2]
I swapped from TSP to Wilgy because I had some doubts about TSP which I didn't have about Wilgy, if that was clear enough. Also, this marks the second time Wilgy popped in exclusively for EoD, to vote somewhere and then dip.

I told you to go for Wilgy, and I told you that I didn't feel Michelle, then you CFD Michelle and she (unsurprisingly) flips town.
That makes 2/2 players I told you not to yeet who ended up flipping town.
Please stop doing that.

Re: Escape From Russia [Day 2]
We don't have to keep going in circles. We need more flips and more information to solve the game, if it's too difficult for us to do this now. And we won't get these flips if we don't push the scummy people. The agreed-upon PoE consensus. It is relatively small, but it still exists.
So let's do it.
Voltron activate.

Re: Escape From Russia [Day 2]
The impression I got from the last ~20 pages is that we're just continuously doubting ourselves and going in circles about minor disagreements and "fringe slots" within our PoEs, when what we should be doing is kill the scummy people. And yes, we do have scummy people in this game! We all have PoEs which mostly match one another. One slot that comes to mind is Wilgy. Everyone thinks Wilgy is mafia. Then push there. Stop hesitating for no reason.
It's better than continuing to go back and forth on everyone else until EoD, then voting at the first decent-looking opportunity because "someone has to be yeeted," even if you don't really believe that the target is going to flip mafia.
In other words, I don't think that asking each other so many questions is going to do us much good at this point. Just kill the mafia. Plain and simple. And stop doubting each other until we're given a reason to do so. Right now, I don't see a reason why we should flip the script. We might want to do that later, but we don't need to do it now.

Re: Escape From Russia [Day 2]
And I want people to place their darn votes instead of waiting for some reason. We should be doing things, not coasting until EoD and then voting someone nobody strongly believes will flip mafia, because we have no better idea where to place our votes. Yes, I am still throwing shade on the way day 1 ended.
I'd like something more controlled this time around. I don't think anyone was satisfied with yesterday, so we should do better today.

I want either TSP or Wilgy today at the moment. Wilgy is in, like, everyone's PoE, but isn't actually being pushed for some reason. I cased TSP, but people were like "nah" or " " and I was like "ok zoomers."

Re: Escape From Russia [Day 2]
It doesn't feel like we're getting anywhere in this game. I'm trying to push on TSP, but I'm not really getting much traction. There is a nonsensical wagon on Ash. People are placing placeholder votes, because they are waiting for a compelling argument or a good situation to vote elsewhere. We're not being a very cohesive voltron, or a very cohesive town, for that matter.
We have similar people in our PoEs. We should just push them at this point instead of arguing about maybes and fringe cases. We're not going to get anywhere that way.
If we wolfside, we wolfside together.

TSP is ?probably? hard unaligned with Wilgy (based on their pushes on one another, ALTHOUGH I wouldn't say that can't be mafia distancing) and with LC (LC's vote on him) if TSP is mafia.

Re: Escape From Russia [Day 2]
I see. We're looking for three, though. Are you thinking of worlds that look like this:
- One in Wilgy/Arete/MAYBE NOOK AND HALLY BUT VOLTRON
- One in 112/Michelle/Dunyagnosis (with the caveat that Michelle and Dunyagnosis are unlikely to be W/W), but 112 is part of the voltron ;-;
- One on the TSP wagon?
Part of the reason I'd like to flip TSP, outside of my independent scumread on him, is that it would tell us whether yesterday's wagons were V/V or V/W.

Re: Escape From Russia [Day 2]
Like, if wagons were V/V, then we had no idea what we were doing that day and mafia could've voted wherever. It doesn't really matter where they vote. They can pile on one wagon, on both, or on neither. They can split.
At least that's my opinion. In your case, you say that it's almost certain that mafia were voting on the top wagons, and that there is at least one mafia voter on TSP if TSP is town. Which is possible, but not 100% certain.
Can you please explain why you think it's certain? I'm not really comfortable sheeping a scumread on Long Con if the crux of the argument is that "his vote on TSP is probably the designated mafia vote on a villager." Especially since I still scumread TSP.
