Plus there's like a .000001% chance I accept a Tutuu 3 person wagon to exist at the same time as a Cape 4 person wagon. That'd just be silly. Clearly Cape should be a 5 person wagon, Tutuu 3, and then we need another at 1 so we have an arpeggio.
