We trird to bankrupt people based on how much money they had, that was really the only metric. Even last night when I tried to kill two, it was only based on $$.
Basically, we wanted people who would die from a -250.
Turns out the only person to get above $250 this game was you.
If someone had picked either the Purse or the Money Bag as a game piece would have been able to
give more money to people, but alas
The game is Monopoly, not Charity
C'mon Scotty, stay on theme

Roxy's last (Wolf) game was not similar to this one, agree?
from what I recall yes. W Roxy was busy however and yeeted very early.
This.
I would expect W! Roxy to put in a more concerted effort this game, and she has done that. Nothing she's done is outside her motivated W! range, tho I'm not of the mind to vote her yet

Falc hasn't preformed anything within ISO that I'd clarify as a T Falco post.
Would yeet.
It's summer & I've been busy?
Last time I gave you a busy pass you were wolf lol
Doubt it, I'm always town bro
I accept this argument and will never vote you unless forced to at WMDpoint.

@falcon45ca got free parking at the motorcade and is immune from elimination today.
"When moving, mafia may choose to roll with 2d6, 2d8 or 2d10"
That's an impressive 20-space movement, falcon.
I feel we haven't talked about this enough.
I'm also curious how a race car moved fast...
Oh wait, I figured it out

I thought Sloonei's take on S~V~S had just the amount of nuance and mafia instinct that I like. I might support him for that vote if it comes down to it, down the line. I know that S~V~S gave a reasonable rebuttal/explanation, but it didn't
move me. That said, I need to read through the day again. Some was while I was on my phone at work, and involved some skimming, and some "this is between them and I'll let them work it out for now".
See, the problem with it was that it only had that amount of nuance becasue I was pretty much the only person to put a lot of reasoning into my vote. And he disagrees with my reasoning, so there was alot for him to pick apart.
Anyone (including you) who has played with me any amount of time knows I take my vote pretty seriously. I don't make day 1 votes out the gate, I don't RVS, and I try super hard not to vote on vibes with no explanation. It's WIFOM for me to say this for sure, but it is true. I like to give the person I'm voting for something to work with. I personally have problems that make it difficult for me to tell the difference between a joke vote and a not joke vote unless its super obvious (like Porscha voting for me becasue she had a dream I was a giraffe) and I like to give others the courtesy of understanding why I'm voting for them even if they disagree.
I don't recall everyones reasoning for final votes, I'm in bad early on work nights, but I'm fairly sure I gave the most detailed reasoning, and explained it more than once. I'm still Ok with my vote from Day One, whether or not Sloonei likes it.
Like Sloonei didn't mention Porscha till he voted for her, and his vote reasoning was thus:
Sloonei wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2024 9:52 pm
I voted for Porscha because I felt like her posts were lacking in direction and purpose. In case anyone was wondering.
You can't dig into that and find any nuance, lol.
Also not shading Sloonei there, I still think he's town, even if he doesn't like my reasons why. At least I gave reasons.
I am feeling better about you since this post. Thanks friend <3

but fear not, I have rolled doubles so I'll get to roll again and go on my own journey, leaving this unfortunate entanglement behind as only distant memories on a summer's eve
Uh-oh please be careful as you are one of only 2 that I trust.

This day ends in less then 12 hours yeah?
There's a lot wrong w/ this post & it's line of thinking
Why not
[VOTE:
cape] aubergine
why is the line of thinking wrong? I think it's the only real line of thinking that I could have possibly have taken because I feel that a lot of the game isn't very indicative of much of anything
I have fringe townreads of you and roxy and that's it
Killin' folks who ain't participatin' RD1 gives town very little info
There's more to be gained by killin' a sumfin' rather than a nuthin' on D1

I didn't take Cape's case too seriously, BUT hey, it's Day 1, so even silly cases can be preferable to no cases.
Falcon's lack of OMGUS isn't surprising, Cape... so you thought this was going to be good bait?
,
I didn't either, however his pushing of low posters LC & Sloon w/ the 'why not' vote does not come across as towny to me in the least bit
I hate when someone posts what I am thinking before I do and we do not have that - there have been 8 posts made while you were making this post - thing and I for one MISS it the mostest!

I could go to jail.
I could win 2nd place in a beauty contest.
Or, hell, both could occur, one after the other.
I don't like your odds in the yard if this gets out, yer gonna be holdin' someone's pocket before long

I chose the race car cuz I like driving fast
driving fast can also be seen as quite aggressive.
driving fast can be a dangerous behavior to exhibit behind the wheel of a car. You know who else is dangerous? The mafia!
also I want to mention that a car is a mode of transportation closely related to a bus. And mafia bus their teammates. Coincidence? I think not!
Take it up w/ Terrence Howard, he's the matholigist
If you think a race car is closely related to a bus, then you might also think a cow would be fun to ride, much like a horse
But you would be wrong
