Re: Bee Mafia [DAY 2]
@Ratrug I believe Quin is being scum read because of his interactions with Falcon. I know it's something related to the Falcon wagon. I need to refresh myself with Quin.

Maybe I'm wrong on Rat.
@Ratrug why did you not vote at the EOD? Why not self pres?
I think your reasoning on me is bad to be honest, seems like fence sitting to me. Plus, I don’t remember you have a scum opinion on me on Day 1 earlier, and I seem to be pretty high on your POE all of a sudden.Seanzie wrote: ↑Fri Mar 19, 2021 8:32 pm Okay, Falcon's ISO was way shorter than I thought it was going to be, so idk why I didn't just read it yesterday after the flip.
Takeaways: First, Falcon talks a lot to Kyle and LC, and very little to anyone else. I see now what people were saying about LC, it looks like Falcon is trying to shade LC for most of the day. Similarly, I think Falcon wanted to shade BK, probably due to the interactions BK and I had early in the day. I'd guess LC and BK are both not teamed with Falcon. Kyle is also probably not, but this I am less confident than LC or BK.
Martin mentions that BK looks towny, and Falcon seems to try to change Martin's mind, and that interaction looks like Falcon is trying to manipulate a towny rather than talking to a teammate, so I think that is a point for Martin.
Someone said Falcon/Nanook interactions looked good for Nook I think, but I disagree. I could easily see the "hubris" conversation being an attempt at distancing. It looks like Falcon and Nook are disagreeing, but almost no actual shade is being thrown around (I mean, Falcon says hubris is not a townie trait, but more-or-less clarifies that it is a trait that is anti-town for a towny to have, NOT that townies don't have the trait). I
Falcon's last post is about Ratrug self voting. Kind of a tinfoil, but I wonder if this is not Falcon getting upset that an afk teammate has a vote in a place that makes it so that Falcon can't save himself. Granted, Ratrug ended up not voting, so I'm not sure this makes sense.
Falcon had 0 interactions with Quin or FingerSplints. Not sure what that means. If you told me one of those two was a wolf though, I would lean towards Quin GTH.
Based just on Falcon's ISO, I'd put the game at something like this:
LC
BK
Martin
Kyle
Everyone else
Ratrug
Nanook
Considering it seemed like either me or Falcon yesterday, made sense for him to try and shade me to make me look bad. Who was the one who advocated for BK, and or me, more over Falcon?
Your top 3 town?
Out of Seanzie, and Quin who would you want to flip?

Re: Bee Mafia [DAY 2]
Yeeting a low-poster is never a great idea, but at the same time we don't want to give a low poster a free pass to end game. When I read Rat's ISO nothing in there gave me the feeling of "Yeah this guy is town". But we also only have 14 posts to judge their alignment with... This is tough.Long Con wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 11:34 amYou PEOPLE never let UP! GAWD!![]()
I had started to respond that we don't need to do the low-poster yeet when there's slightly meatier interactions to hash out, then I looked at Ratrug's ISO and saw it wasn't quite as low as I had thought... still low, but there's gameplay there. I may have only skimmed half or so, but it didn't rocket Ratrug to the top of my ethereal yeet list. I think they will give us more content to work with, maybe, and that there are more compelling yeet targets on this day.

Enjoy your morning. Now you got me craving a sausage farmers wrap.Long Con wrote: ↑Sat Mar 20, 2021 11:12 amAlison's analyses are still quite compelling. I am willing to sheep her at this point. I may be allowing myself to get a little lazy at this exact point in the game on that front. I usually get more analytically involved in the game on days 3-4, or if I am in the accusation spotlight in either alignment, and when I get townread I feel like I have done my duty in a way. Not ideal, not that respectable, but it's how it is. Maybe I could save a villager life by diving in and shining a light on an interaction no one has noticed or something, and maybe if I do that I'll save a wolf life. I'll exert my will upon this game after another yeet if we don't hit a wolf today.
Right now I'm starting a lazy Saturday of a weekend I've been looking forward to, and I was out late last night and smoked too much, which gave me a headache that is still lingering. I'm on my second cup of tea, and I made a home version of a sausage and egg McMuffin, and I'm going to see how it goes when I'm feeling a little more solid, maybe.
I do agree with you on Alison, she has definitely been doing the most in my eyes.

Re: Bee Mafia [DAY 1]
My first set of ISOs are done. Going to get some more out later.
Alison - Definitely the strongest ISOs I have read thus far. After going through Alison's ISO, they're one of my strongest town leans going into N1. It made me laugh out loud reading someone describe my "scumrange". I didn't even know I had a scumrange until I read that. Overall I felt like Alison made some good reads, and some good points all around. Wasn't afraid to get out there and make some noise.
C4 - This one felt underwhelming. I definitely thought it was going to be longer. Nothing in c4's ISO really popped out to me. Seeing their posts in thread with the context makes me give c4 a slight town lean
Esooa - Only one interaction/post(s) really popped out to me in Esooa's ISO. Esooa gave a 4 person PoE and encouraged everyone to vote within that PoE. Her very next vote was out of the PoE shae gave, and told people to vote in. I'm not 100% convinced that is AI, but the lack of consistency if you will rubbed me the wrong way.
Falcon - One of the more lackluster ISOs so far. It was a short and boring ISO. It felt like Falcon was trying to play a nice safe game.
Finger - Another short ISO, but I actually liked this one. I would like to see more from Finger, I found their posts insightful and added value to the game.
So far my PoE is Falcon and Esooa

It was more of a gut feeling like that can be a possibility. I looked at the post and wondered what the purpose of throwing shade/making the 3p comment was. Went one of two ways, early game shenanigans, or the possibility of early game mudslinging.Seanzie wrote: ↑Wed Mar 17, 2021 11:07 amIf you have a different thought process to me, that is totally fine. I will answer your question, but you mentioned mudslinging, and then when I asked about it, you dodged an explanation, so I'd like to go back and make sure I get an explanation. After that, I will be happy to explain.

Or maybe that's how I feel about something being a bit too dumb.
As soon as "mudslinging" is brought up as an "initial thought" Seanzie just gets stuck on it when clearly BK wasn't dead-set on that thought by the word use of "initial".
So why did he mention mudslinging? Well, it doesn't seem like he has an explanation, but there are 2 possibilities I am considering. 1. He is just paranoid town, seeing scum everywhere. Maybe this is the case, but I kind of doubt it. or 2. He is scum, and saw a post he didn't understand, thought others wouldn't understand it, and decided to try to subtly shade me for it.
I am leaning towards that second one, because even in the case where he is paranoid town, I think he could elaborate on how he arrived at "mudslinging" from the post.
What in my initial post made you think of mudslinging?
Simple question, if your thought was genuine, I'm sure you can provide some sort of explanation, rather than just dodging the question.
