Hate: the fact that I completely broke down today. It was all too much. I did a turn around for the sake of the schedule - when he told me my borrowed closer called out. I fucking lost it. I'm not ashamed of the fact that i lost it.

I hated breaking down. I hate it. And I did - I just crumblec. I never saw coverage happen so fast as that phone call that said "god dammnit - i can't do it!!! get someone to get me out of here aspap."

I comend their quick retaliation. I HATE the fact that they let us get this far down before they help us.

For the rest of the world - we want your pizza to be the best pizza we can get to you. Sometimes things get out of our control. I'm so - SO VERY sory for it.

We really do try to do the best we can. Even while you are complaining - we want to make it right with you. But there is only so much I and my two drivers can do.

I'm so sorry that after your first bad experience -you felt that when you charged in your credit was just as - yet again - I was understaffed. I was trying to do the best we could do. I'm so very sorry you had a poor experience twice in a row. But I swear to yiou - made both pies - they had all the toppings they were supposed to have. You can call them burnt - you can call them cold. But telling me your original order wasn't done correctly?
