2. I'll ask everyone to give TS Account another look, and consider them over Kyle if the reasons why people were clearing TS don't hold up to the second look.
3. Alison is probably just town and y'all should act accordingly, but I'mma be so pissed if eventually we find out that wasn't the case.

Yeah I did, but I gave reasons for suspecting Ratrug, and voted him much earlier in the day while I was a counterwagon (granted, I think maybe me, Ratrug and Quin were all tied or something, so it doesn't look super great for me, but I think Nook's timing and lack of progression look worse, even without my TMI on myself). Nook kind of went "oh Ratrug is towny... actually lemme vote Ratrug!" without really any explanation, and at the time Quin was the counterwagon to Ratrug since some votes had dropped off of me.

Well, looks like I'm going over today, and no one is even around to watch me die:(

If anyone shows up and wants to talk about not voting me, let me know. Otherwise, I'll repost my legacy post shortly before EoD for easy access.

What do people think about Nook's Ratrug vote with the context that Quin was the competing wagon to Ratrug?

Y'all shouldn't vote me, but I don't really have much to say in my defense since my reads have been pretty bad.

Before writing this post, I really only suspected Nook, and was going to go through my thoughts on everyone, but when I got to ts account, I actually changed, and now suspect them as well.

Alison - Pushed hard for Quin to get shot, which looks good. I still think many of her other reads are bad, but unless she decided to try to go deep and solo for some sort of pride thing, I think her pushing the Quin shot so hard would have been a bad play for Wolf!Alison.

BoKnows - Really looks like BK was the wolf's target D1, which I feel bad about since they probably decided to jump on it after my spat with BK.

Esooa - Hard pushed for Quin, I think before most other people did. Also pushed for Falcon. Essentially would have to be gamethrowing if a wolf.

fingersplints - Gun-clear. Also, I had a Finger/Quin anti-team from Falcon's ISO, so Finger is doubly-clear here.

Kylemii - Falcon engaged with Kyle more than pretty much anyone else. The interactions weren't as anti-teamed as Falcon's interactions with others, but the volume I think is a good sign.

MartinGG99 - Was on Falcon's wagon, which is a good look. Also there were some interactions that looked anti-teamed from Falcon's ISO.

NANOOKTHEGREATANDFEARSOME - Didn't look good from Falcon's ISO IMO. Out of everyone, I think they have the highest chance of being teamed. Also, the last-minute Ratrug vote D2 when Quin was on the chopping block looks REALLY bad. It looked bad even without knowing Quin was wolf, and now that we know Quin's flip, I think it is incriminating.

ts account - Was on Falcon D1, and apparently people have meta that says this looks especially good for him, but I don't have that meta, and secondhand meta is not a great way to make clears, so I am going to give him some town points for the Falcon vote, but not clear-worthy. In addition to this, he kind of defended me during the D1 thunderdome between me and Alison, which at the time made me feel good, but now I wonder if he had TMI and wanted to score town points by defending the town underdog in the scuffle. I went and checked his ISO since none of this makes him as green as most other people, and some stuff actually looks kind of bad. D2 he started out by immediately voting Quin, but once Quin started to get traction, TS found ways to switch his vote away from Quin (He unvoted because Alison gave a reason to scumread Quin? I don't understand that). Esooa said something about having {Quin, Nook, Seanzie} as competing wagons, and TS responded to that by asking why Esooa wanted 3 town wagons (so saying Quin is town), Then said Alison/Quin is the only team TS is considering if Quin is mafia (where did that thought go?), then said he was okay with either Quin or Ratrug (but was just townreading Quin a short time ago?). D3 he did push for Quin to get shot though, so that looks good, and kind of negates some of the Quin weirdness from D2, but idk if all of it. He then recently claimed that he will just let whatever is going to happen happen since he won't be around for F3, and I think he is less clear than others so idk how he is concluding this.

TLDR: Nook looks bad. If it isn't Nook, my next guess would be TS Account, not Kyle. TS does have some good stuff going for them though, so if y'all decide to vote me over Nook here, let my legacy be that

I suspect mafia chose you because you're the most obvious town. There's too much WIFOM to just choose the person with the worse reads, plus they'll likely out and ask the town to vote on their shot choice anyway.

The group is saying all different people and at the end of the day I have to make the decision. That is where my personal suspicions would come into play.

I think most people are saying either Quin (obvious POE shot) or me (get rid of possible deepwolf, follow her reads if she turns out to be town).

I really don't like that Alison offered up two names like this, one of which is her while she is pretty clearly a target that Fingersplints is unlikely to shoot. Also, while I wouldn't put Alison as a top choice in town's collective PoE, she is in my PoE, and I think she is in enough other's that describing Quin as "obvious PoE" and herself as "possible deepwolf" is not necessarily representative of town's thoughts.

In (not quite) unrelated news, one possible way we could handle the shot (if @fingersplints is down), would to be set up an artificial "End of the (half) day" at 6pm Eastern on 3/23 (so exactly halfway through D3), and ask people to cast votes in the poll for who they think should be vigged.

Fingersplints, you wouldn't be beholden to follow the poll results after that clearly (even though if we go with this plan, I do suggest you shoot someone with some consensus), but I think it would give you a good sense as to what the group wants, and pressuring people to vote, and seeing how people vote will help develop reads. The Eo(half)D would also be early enough that the whole thread can react to the new information from the flip.

I don't like co-yeet since it doesn't allow time to adjust from the new information from the flip. It is better to have adequate time between the shot and EoD so that we can react to the shot today.

You should definitely shoot someone in many people's PoE rather than hero shoot to reduce potential worlds. You could also use the shot to push for reads and thoughts. More specifically, I'm not saying that you should threaten to shoot people if they don't talk, but instead you could make people vote for who they think you should shoot, and possibly ask for explanations, and use this to guide your shot.

Re: looking at your reads list from yesterday, I'd guess the biggest factor in you getting the gun was the fact that you were pretty widely townread, with reads being secondary. That being said, I am going to say that Quin/ts account are probably not teamed off your reads list.

So this was the last gth read I gave during the last day phase. I reckon these people wouldn’t have picked me, because it’s obvious I’d shoot one of them. These people might have picked me, while these people would have felt completely safe from me shooting them, and maybe I’m completely wrong on my reads and it’s one of them. Maybe I’m paranoid and overthinking.

I don't think they've been playing poorly from either alignment's perspective, though not very great. Which is part of the trouble for me. I can't see any strong agenda signs from them unless they're planning to deep-wolf, but even then that thought kinda doesn't hold any water since they partially just let the falcon wagon happen without really pushing or defending it.

I still have Alison on the list of possible wolves, but I don't think my suspicions are strong enough to vote them yet. Especially if they continue to solve as that could likely put them and their teammate into a tough box.

I mean, I already kind of explained this yesterday, but like yesterday for a lot of the day she was trying to paint a me/BK/ratrug team into existence, and all if it hinged on me being scum, which I know is false. Today, she is still calling me scummy, and had a PoE of me/Nook/Quin/Ratrug, but soft-removed Ratrug from the PoE, and hasn't spoken at all about Nook, but has also said me and Quin are anti-teamed, so it seems like she is chasing a PoE of me/Quin, that she simultaneously believes isn't correct (and I know is at most half correct).

I don't necessarily mean her process is poor, but last game I played with her, she bragged about having something like an 80% accuracy rate for her reads, and then followed through with all-but-one of her D1 reads being spot on, but this game, I don't really see that happening. The worlds she is building might have some coincidental hits, but they aren't hits because the world is correct-ish, instead they are just lucky hits (like if Ratrug flip scum, sure one of her reads yesterday would be "correct", but since this was prefaced on me being scum, the reasoning for the read doesn't check out)

Could this be explained by Ratrug being relatively new (I think I heard this is the case, can anyone confirm?)? From what I've seen (admittedly I have limited experience), new wolves have a really hard time D1, but tend to fall into more of a groove after that.

Sure. I had her as a scum LEAN very early in the game but that was mostly because how active they were, and how involved they wanted others to get. Bear in mind, this was early in the game and I hadn’t even read the entirety of the thread. Making my post, I read Nanook and Esooa’s back and forth and I felt good about it. You’re highlighting a post by saying TMI but like you’re dismissing the case I had on Nanook originally as well.

I would also like to hear from Quinn and his defense.

Can you maybe quote a few posts from their back and forth that developed your read on Esooa, and try to explain? It really does look like you went from "Esooa sus" to "Esooa lock!town enough that I only judge Nook's vote from a world where Esooa is town, and assume Nook is town prefaced on Esooa being town".

How am I dismissing what you said about Nanook? I didn't say anything about it. If you want to talk about it so badly though, to be honest, your case on Nanook doesn't make much sense to me. You seem to townread him because he didn't end up on Falcon, and didn't have a strong reason to be on the person he ended up on. I don't really see why this makes him town personally.

I was right for the wrong reasons that he wasn’t on the Falcon wagon. It wasn’t he was actively wanting to lynch anyone else it’s just he read Falcon town. He wasn’t even on Esooa either. He kinda just forced his hand.

He’s also town reading me, but nobody is really looking into it either. It would be easy to call me scum, but he goes out of his way to say I’m town. Self pres? I also just learned anti-spew today as well. I didn’t vote at the EOD because I was getting flak for my self vote. Even if I voted, would that have mad much of a difference though?

Takeaways: First, Falcon talks a lot to Kyle and LC, and very little to anyone else. I see now what people were saying about LC, it looks like Falcon is trying to shade LC for most of the day. Similarly, I think Falcon wanted to shade BK, probably due to the interactions BK and I had early in the day. I'd guess LC and BK are both not teamed with Falcon. Kyle is also probably not, but this I am less confident than LC or BK.

Martin mentions that BK looks towny, and Falcon seems to try to change Martin's mind, and that interaction looks like Falcon is trying to manipulate a towny rather than talking to a teammate, so I think that is a point for Martin.

Someone said Falcon/Nanook interactions looked good for Nook I think, but I disagree. I could easily see the "hubris" conversation being an attempt at distancing. It looks like Falcon and Nook are disagreeing, but almost no actual shade is being thrown around (I mean, Falcon says hubris is not a townie trait, but more-or-less clarifies that it is a trait that is anti-town for a towny to have, NOT that townies don't have the trait). Falcon's last post is about Ratrug self voting. Kind of a tinfoil, but I wonder if this is not Falcon getting upset that an afk teammate has a vote in a place that makes it so that Falcon can't save himself. Granted, Ratrug ended up not voting, so I'm not sure this makes sense.

Falcon had 0 interactions with Quin or FingerSplints. Not sure what that means. If you told me one of those two was a wolf though, I would lean towards Quin GTH.

Based just on Falcon's ISO, I'd put the game at something like this:

I think your reasoning on me is bad to be honest, seems like fence sitting to me. Plus, I don’t remember you have a scum opinion on me on Day 1 earlier, and I seem to be pretty high on your POE all of a sudden.

Considering it seemed like either me or Falcon yesterday, made sense for him to try and shade me to make me look bad. Who was the one who advocated for BK, and or me, more over Falcon?

That isn't my PoE, that is how I think people look based solely on Falcon's ISO. If there is any evidence of teaming in Falcon's ISO, I think it points to either you or Nook. I'm not sold on these things, which is why you are barely even orange, not a deep red. Someone said Falcon's post about you paints you as anti-teamed, but I disagree.

I didn't have a scum read on you D1, and I don't really remember having much opinion about you at all since you haven't posted much content. Again, this is a sorting of players based on Falcon's ISO, not a holistic picture of the events up to this point. Maybe I'll sort people based on that later today if I have time, but that takes a lot more work, unless I just do it GTH.

Did it seem like it was either you or Falcon? Esooa and BK both reached at least 3 votes at points relatively near EoD, and Falcon didn't self-press onto you, so I'd put your wagon at at least 4th, and since your wagon was at least half-pure, your wagon could fit as a second wolf-wagon that Falcon didn't want to go for.

I don't really like this if Quin was thinking Kyle "spent most of the game glued to his ass" because of two very short votes (and actually how it is worded, the second vote isn't even being considered there... and the first vote did look like a joke). A joke vote and a lack of grilling does not equal assglue. It seems more like Quin just wants to dissuade Kyle from considering him (which sure town has motivation to avoid suspicion, but this doesn't look like Quin wants Kyle to find him as town, this looks like Quin wants Kyle to stop considering him).

Okay, sure. I see a post now where you don't want to vote Ratrug because it would make Falcon more likely to die. The rest of your posts don't look like you're actively saving him, just trying to find a viable wagon that you feel good about (Of course, this does in effect help save him, but it isn't clear from your other posts that saving him was your main motivation). I'll think on this.

Okay, Falcon's ISO was way shorter than I thought it was going to be, so idk why I didn't just read it yesterday after the flip.

Takeaways: First, Falcon talks a lot to Kyle and LC, and very little to anyone else. I see now what people were saying about LC, it looks like Falcon is trying to shade LC for most of the day. Similarly, I think Falcon wanted to shade BK, probably due to the interactions BK and I had early in the day. I'd guess LC and BK are both not teamed with Falcon. Kyle is also probably not, but this I am less confident than LC or BK.

Martin mentions that BK looks towny, and Falcon seems to try to change Martin's mind, and that interaction looks like Falcon is trying to manipulate a towny rather than talking to a teammate, so I think that is a point for Martin.

Someone said Falcon/Nanook interactions looked good for Nook I think, but I disagree. I could easily see the "hubris" conversation being an attempt at distancing. It looks like Falcon and Nook are disagreeing, but almost no actual shade is being thrown around (I mean, Falcon says hubris is not a townie trait, but more-or-less clarifies that it is a trait that is anti-town for a towny to have, NOT that townies don't have the trait). Did you know that "barking up the wrong tree" is a classic mafia tell around here? Honestly, not joking. I never ever say it anymore for that reason. I'm very interested to see if it holds up in this game.

I get accused of classic mafia tells about twice a game every game it seems. If it isn't mentioning coffee, or saying the word "weird", it's "barking up the wrong tree" apprently. Oh well.

Bk + Alison + LC - bk (“barking up wrong tree”) - Alison (agreeing with today) = only LC left

What was your suspicion of LC yesterday if it had nothing to do with voting? I don’t remember much else LC talked about

LC seemed scared to jokingly openwolf with me, which I thought maybe indicated he was worried about attracting attention. He also had a pretty weird push on me with the "calm my qualms" scumread. I had some tinfoil that maybe LC and Alison were wolfs together and had me in their sights, but I don't really think this anymore.
