That's fine that you see that I haven't been really explaining most of my townreads. That's mainly because I'm just reacting quickly and certain players I really can't explain reads for?

Like Esooa I've played multiple games with by now. I can't really explain why she's town, I'm not capable of explaining her town or mafia meta because she changes every damn game depending on her level of motivation. I just end up reading her a certain alignment and move on.

Illario relatively the same thing? Like the main town thing he has is the "town entitlement" stuff and the way he explains his townreads and the fact that he usually falls back on scumreads when he's town. Otherwise the rest of the stuff he does as town he can do as mafia so it makes it tricky to explain his game. (Alexa does way better explaining his game tbh.)

I've already explained you how I liked the whole "I'll figure out his alignment by Day 2/3" post, which ironically you're doing the opposite of that . But the effort you're putting in right now at looking at my past games and explaining the scumread on me is HUGELY towny.

I didn't actually townread Alexa at the time. However you asked the question, I was answering seeing that if I ended up townreading Alexa, which I did about an hour later, I would've hard shielded her like I usually do.

Interestingly, I actually think LC's current play is more scum!Indicative of him than town.

You say I fell off but I kinda do that as town too? Like Illario said, I start off strong, usually Day 1 I play really well, but by Day 3 or 4 I lose energy, motivation, and interest depending on how well the game is going.

Another town game I was on my alt Mystery Player, which is not a mystery anymore . I was strong all of Day 1, then Day 2 I hard defend Neo (NEO TOWN!) and go crazy with it (Again I'm trying to calm down), but my energy level went down further and further as the game went on because it was exhausting, and SaraC was annoying me.

I lose steam in games, this game specifically is draining me a bit. Like I said in games that I hard shield Alexa, or others, I end up losing game awareness and I forget most of my reads it's an awful ass habit.

I'll post this for now but I'm going to continue on, give me a few minutes.

Why does he feel the need to be able to respond to anything? I feel like that’s more of a scum mindset, where you see a case against you and you need to try and disprove it. I feel like my first instinct if I were to see a case on me would be to determine if the case is coming in good or bad faith. I don’t feeel like LC does anything there to evaluate Enders push on him.

As soon as a player acknowledges a meta tell on themselves (that is within their range to reproduce it) they will inevitably try to reproduce it as a wolf or are sandbagging on purpose. Carrots is a good example of the former.

That is to say, I don’t think hardclearing TSP based on self meta he said in a game in April is a good call and there's probably a reason that the players who know him aren't hard meta clearing him.

I believe Alison said he was loosely in town meta though which is probably worth looking into.

this is why I originally did not clear him for that reason. it was after reading his COV game and comparing it to here.. just felt very similarly in addition to the town meta part.

The thing that made me ask the question is because if Ender is PoEed (and LC wasn't but I don't think he could win solo as a wolf here tbh) then I could see Ender doing it to distance... in theory.

But I think that's in tinfoil land mostly because of the excessive amount of time Ender seems to have put into it that's not directly contributing to distancing if you get what I mean?

Ender has not been immediate POE. There'd be no reason for him to push on his partner imo when there's other easier options. You can say to ride the towncred to a win but there's enough being clearing each other that's just a very unlikely approach.

Wolves need 3 miselims to win.
I don't think any of you, illario, Esooa will go over this game if town.

You can probably work out the maths from there but in the case that you're t/t/t that means that every other townsperson alive besides one will need to be miselimned this game for the wolves to win.

i would consider you a slot i'd pencil in as "never going down if town" ngl so i'm not sure where you're getting there specifically on me/ilario/esooa. i get the logic to a degree but unless the team is exactly TSP/Nanook I feel like both of them are easier to push as a misyeet this phase

she is still probably in her wolf range mind you ive heard from multiple people that she shouldn't be townread until she actually buries wolves but after wolfing with her i feel like she's not as hard to read as people say.

I personally say fuck it and hard town read them for dumb tells
I make a plan pregame to keep people with good scumranges at null until they do something, then Day 1 townread them anyways because fuck it, why not?

The first thing I notice: His immediate treatment of my slot in that game is very different to this game. It’s like he was approaching me very carefully in that game. And when he tries to defend me and anne calls him out on it he doesn’t really stand his ground. He asks a bunch of questions that go nowhere. Throws a random vote, which aligns with my meta of him outting very weak random votes as scum to look like he’s solving. His reasoning here was “throwing this on. Few things I’m not a fan of there”

Tbh I didn’t find him that game until some point after d2 since I didn’t notice him that much. He fell under the radar quite hard
